We liked this cabin for our weekend getaway. Itcwas very clean. Just like the pictures. The only thing is we thought we'd have more land for our dogs to roam. Other cabins close and neighbor complained of our dogs being of leash when they were with us by ourcabin.
The cabin was great The access road by both routes are in very poor condition too the point our car rubbed hitting potholes. The HVAC is noisy, I’m sure some securing of sheet metal and insulation would help.

I'm not sure what the issue was but I had a really hard time getting the entry information and was at the cabin for about an hour before I received any response. I thought I would have received an email at least 2 days prior to my arrival but I actually did not get the email until 2 days after my arrival.
This is a nice little cabin tucked away from all the noise and confusion - we found it to be clean and comfortable and enjoyed our stay - FYI: the road into the cabin from the main road was a mess after the previous inclement (snow) weather - if you have a nice car just be prepared for that this time of year - there's no ice maker or ice trays and no Keurig so we had to run back into town for more supplies - no big deal though - we really enjoyed ourselves.
We had wonderful time .... if ua like the outdoors plenty ro do .... hiking , watching animals .... very close to state park which offered beautiful scenery
Perfect loctaion for an escape weekend in the woods. Perfect size, very cozy and warm. It was a rainy weekend so didn't get to enjoy the fire pit....but the firepit is In poor condition and 3 of the four plastic Adirondack chairs were cracked and broken. In the master bedroom there were a pair of men's Calvin Klein boxers on the nightstand...which looked used as they were not folded...so not sure if the cleaning crew pays that close to the attention to detail when cleaning. Only major complaints. The weekend was still wonderful and needed it so much!
A perfect little cabin in the woods. Clean, neat, and tidy. The kitchen had the essentials. We’re very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again!
The ladies in my family took an extended weekend trip to spend some quality time together. The cabin worked out perfectly. Very nice and clean. Communications with our host went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend to others and return ourselves.
Everything was picture perfect, clean, well stocked with things you need. The knly problem we had was not getting the gas fireplace started no matter how many times we tried, and yes we watched the you tube video instructions multiple times !
Also took a while to figure out which input works for the Dish satellite- would have been helpful to have that written down. A great place we would absolutely return to !
We were so pleased to find this cabin, which was perfect for my husband, our two teen sons, our two dogs, and me! The living, dining, and kitchen space were plenty big for all 6 of us. The downstairs bedroom is a bit tight, but we were able to fit both dogs’ crates (moved the bench in the closet space) and both of us. The upstairs is spacious and our boys enjoyed having their own bathroom and room to hang out away from the parents. Mark was an excellent host and responded to messages immediately. The road to the house is a bit rough, especially after a thunderstorm, but drive slowly and you’ll be fine. If we come back to the area, we will definitely check to see if Triple Oaks is available again.
The cabin was very clean and adequate for a family trip. I traveled with my in laws and husband, to celebrate his birthday. The showers are big, more than two people can fit. The kitchen did have necessary items, in the event that you are cooking/baking. The AC cools the place really fast and the fireplace heats the cabin well. I thank the owners for including instructions on how to turn on the fireplace, that was extremely helpful.
I will say that the pictures are a bit deceiving. The cabin appears to be in an area that’s secluded, but there are other properties nearby. The surrounding cabins appear to be new so the images may not be recent but thankfully it was something that didn’t bothered us. One hairdryer was missing from the restroom upstairs but I think someone who previously rented the cabin may have taken it. I didn’t communicate with the owner as no issues were presented during the stay that required urgent attention.

Not on 11 acres btw
The cabin is great. My problem was that when we arrived it had not been cleaned. I notified the owner immediately (around 5 pm) and about half hour later the cleaner arrived but she didn’t finish until about 8:15. So that night was a wash. He did refund my cleaning deposit and we got towels out of the dryer as needed as those were not yet dry. It’s also not on 11 secluded acres. Not sure I had ever seen a specific address on Vrbo until a booking was complete but we thought the description as 11 secluded acres meant it was isolated but it’s not. That’s the actual street name. So be aware as no reviews I read stated this. The road from the highway to the cabin is terrible and hopefully the town of Broken Bow will fix that. Pothole Lane would be a better name for it. The roads don’t all have signs so follow your gps exactly and you should find it ok. Another thing out of the owner’s control is the fact that birds will wake you up at daybreak because the king bed bedroom downstairs has an east facing window and birds running into it pretty continuously until around 2 in the afternoon is a little loud for me to be able to sleep through and I like to sleep in on trips out of town. If you’re getting up early to fish then this will be a non issue. It’s new and nice inside.
