This fantastic Villa has a garden with swimming pool. It has 2 big bedrooms with 2 beautiful bathrooms. One bedroom has a fantastic pool view. From out of this bedroom you will jump directly in the swimming pool. The living room is spacious and comfortable. There is a design kitchen with all the luxury that you will need. One of the best places of the Pool villa is the ‘open living’. It has a big sofa and 2 fans. Probably you will stay here a lot of your time. From out of here you have a spectacular view over the pool. In the evening you can enjoy here the romantic atmosphere of this great house. The Villa is very suitable for families with children. There’s a sun lounger, dining table with chairs and of course……the swimming pool.

Peaceful, quiet rest & relaxation.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. It is quiet, serene but, close enough to everything one would need. Restaurants, bars, convenience stores, laundry, quite literally everything one would need/require is within a kilometer. The property itself is absolutely perfect from its layout to cleanliness & decor. With pool access from bedroom 1 & the living room you can make the outdoor & indoor areas continuous by simply sliding ope a couple of doors!! I highly recommend this property for beauty, layout, comfort, location and value.

Excellent Stay

The villa is in an ideal location it was close to everything. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The property was amazing! Everything from the décor to the cleanliness of the villa were perfect. The outdoor pool area & pool were great. We meet with Johan (the host) and he was so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property if staying in the area.

Perfect holiday 😊

Absolutely beautiful property. One of the few properties that are even more impressive than the photos. Spotlessly clean. Everything in perfect working order. The pool is fantastic. Outdoor seating is extremely clean and comfortable. Very near the main areas of Pattya. Short taxi ride to Walking Street and the ocean front restaurants, bars and shopping. Walking distance to 7-11, foot massage and some local eateries. Cleaning done on a daily basis. I would rate this property higher than five stars if possible. Thank you Johan and Martin for everything!

the property was more than expected and I will stay here again if ever I return to Pattaya.

Great villa, great guy

This was a great villa, i would reccomend this to anyone couples or groups of freinds going on holiday. The villa was fully equipped with everything i didnt have a. Issue with anyhing. He had someone there looks after the villa at all times and she was a great help for us. I would reccomend him to anyone. Top guy, im re booking again as we speak so that must be enough for you guys to book the villa with him Regards Sal

What an amazing holiday!

Excellent location, luxury and value.

Lovely designed building is located near to, restaurants, shops and laundry services. The area is quiet and reserved; yet less than 5 minutes from Pattaya centre, where you will find assorted nightlife for everyone to enjoy. This is my second visit to this property, having enjoyed my stay so much at the villa I extended my vacation several times and was accommodated at late notice by the wonderful owner (Johan) and welcomed and looked after by Jan and Cohen. This property is so welcoming and relaxing, I treated it as my own home; which was appreciated by Johan and the house maid whom is polite, diligent and respects your privacy. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. The fans do and excellent job of keeping you cool on hot days or nights. An ideal place for a private party or get together. Absolutely amazing

We rented the Penthouse for 2 weeks in February, my daughter, son-in-law and 90 year old father. We didn't recognise the building at first as it was much bigger than we had imagined from the pictures. Situated in a suburban area just a few minutes from the main beaches, it was beautiful and quiet with a great view from the terrace - which was massive! Furniture and fittings were excellent quality and construction was definitely to western standards - no loose wires or shoddy plumbing here. We could have stayed here forever. Daily maid service was provided and there wasn't anything that she missed or didn't clean each day. Most hotels I've stayed in during 25 years in Thailand do not supply a service as good as this. There were plenty of local restaurants opposite, including pizza and hamburgers if you wanted it. We could find no fault in this property and were disappointed when it was time to leave. Our next visit to this area will definitely include a stay here again. Luxury at a price we could afford - we'll be back. Many thanks.

Excellent Villa

The Villa is everything as promised. The host and her son was always helpful and we would stay there again in a heart beat. I would recommend this to anyone who does not need assistance to be mobile. The streets and lane ways may be a little busy to walk around in for those traveling with elders or young children. Otherwise, the Villa deserves 7 stars.

Une fois de plus

Nous avons retrouvé une maison propre comme à son habitude .Quel plaisir de nager dans la piscine privée. C’était un bon moment car Pattaya est assez calme en ce moment à cause du Covid, avec peu de touristes . Par contre Tous les commerces ne sont pas encore ouverts. Séjour agréable

Mein Aufenthalt war vom 14.3. bis 27.3.2020. Das Haus mit dem eigenen Pool ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Arbeit der Dame für die tägliche Reinigung. Besser kann man nicht sauber machen!! Ich kann dieses Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen und ich komme bestimmt wieder

Everything went great. We were there 16 nights. House was very nice and cleaning just great. Johan and his wife was just helpful. My stay 3rd Feb to 10th

I have just returned from my stay at this villa and must say I had a great time. The villa looks exactly the same as it does in the photos on home away. Everything in the villa worked worked properly (didn't use the cooker. Plenty of places to eat nearby) i wouldn't hesitate to book the property again
