INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Nice stay!

The condo was nice and clean and well stocked. There were a couple of glitches at first, but they were handled quickly. My husband really liked the daily free golf. Would consider staying there again.

This unit was perfect. It has plenty of room and has a spectacular view from the balcony. It was quiet and had everything that we needed, including beach chairs.

Wonderful beach getaway!!

The property was wonderful and better than described! We had amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. We were in close walking distance of many restaurants and shopping areas. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Not my worst experience but also not the best

We arrived after hours and apparently during shift change so there was no one at the desk to assist us, the codes for the elevators were wrong and luckily we were able to get other desk to let us in. Especially durning peak hrs the evaluators were so packed it literally would take 15-30mins to get on any floor in the condo. The light in the shower was falling out of the ceiling, the toilet in the main bathroom did not flush properly, there was hair in the drain that one of my children pulled out, the sleeper sofa was broken and we had to be creative to be able to use it. There were no extra blankets for the sleeper sofa only sheets. I’m not sure what was going on with the freezer but our food would not stay frozen and the seal of the door was hot to the touch. The front page of the listing indicated that it was a 2 bedroom but after reading deeper into the listing you find that it really is not, only a bunk in the hallway, very deceiving in my opinion. The location was nice as it was a little further out of the traffic area and close to pier park but definitely not a top pick of places I will be staying at again.

Beachfront condo

The condo and resort were absolutely beautiful. Also, I was very impressed with the security that is used just to get to your rooms. Our condo and oceanfront balcony was absolutely beautiful. The only drawback to our stay was the comfort of the beds, all of them, and the pillows. It was very hard, and did not provide for a peaceful rest. J would say upgrade the mattresses and pillows to something softer, including the sleeper sofa, and it would be perfect!
