Ample space to spread out on 2 levels (main and basement), over 4000 SF. 5 TVs (office, kitchen, den, master, basement). Centrally located off Berckmans Rd, one mile from ANGC and less than a mile from Surrey Center (best shopping & restaurants in town). Driveway can accommodate 3 cars with room on street for 2 or 3 more. Depending on your needs, I can setup my home with 4 - 5 bedrooms and up to 7 beds.
