Located 2 minutes from the Geneva on the Lake Strip, this beautiful 2-bedroom, one bathroom home is perfect place for you. Small place but room 1 has a queen and room 2 has 2 twin beds. We do offer wifi. It's decorated with bright and cheery colors, open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker), covered patio on the back with seating, mounted electric fireplace, large tv and parking.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Do not place towels or mats over the vent grate outside the second bedroom as that is the main heating vent for the house.
4. Please remove shoes in the house.
5. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

We were pleased that the cottage was very clean and well furnished. The back deck was great for having a drink/meal in nice weather. Perfect for a stay in the area, as it is within walking distance of the strip and a short drive to other points of interest. The host made the rental process a smooth one, was available for prompt messages.

Wonderful getaway with adult daughters

We loved it from the moment we walked in. It was so nice reconnecting with them at Geneva on the Lake in this cute rental. We played games, read, walked to the beach, listened to a concert, listened to birds, and watched a movie. We used the kitchen for a light dinner, made cookies, and cinnamon tolls z yum. All within an easy walk or drive to area eateries, coffeeshops, and stores. Thank you for your hospitality. Definitely would recommend this rental.
