A surfer theme condo with surf boards on the walls and a modern kitchen including a dishwasher and full size stainless steel appliances. Newer updated bathroom. The primary bedroom has king size bed, views of the gulf with amazing sunsets, and cable TV. The living room has the same beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and pool area with smart TV. The second bedroom has Queen size bed and smart TV.

Great place by the beach!

Everything was comfortable and clean. Very close to the beach. Nice clean pool. Reasonably quiet. Easy to take a "freebee" ride to local bars and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

WInter break at the beach!

The condo was exactly as described. It was immaculate and the decor was bright and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked. There were beach items available for use, including towels. We were on the 3rd floor which gave us a great view of the ocean. The pool area was very nice and the water temperature was comfortable. There was a nice selection of eating establishments within walking distance. Elsie was very easy to work with. Check-in, parking, correspondence, etc. were effortless. It was a wonderful stay.

WOW! 10/10 Stay

This property is perfect!! Just a few steps from the beach- just like the listing says. They have lots of beach items you can use while you’re there and it was extremely clean! Elise was great about communicating with us and she even got us a sweet welcoming gift of ice cream. It gave us something to do after dinner without having to think about it. The whole trip was such a great experience! Going to be recommending this place to everyone.💕😄

St. Pete Beach

This property was excellent, exactly how described in the listing. The location was perfect, steps to the beach across the street and plenty of dining selections within easy walking distance. The property could not have been more perfect, plenty of amenities. Will definitely stay here again when we return to St. Pete Beach.

Perfect Weekend GetAway

Great unit

Fun trip! The building is def is outdated and can use some fixing up but this unit is great. Cute decor and modern everything. Close to the beach - 3 mins walk. I’m always a little bummed that complexes don’t cover the outdoor pool bc it’s like a hot tub. But everything was great!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we could need. Only drawback was no washer and dryer in the condo since we stayed for 5 nights a washer and dryer would have come in handy. Was a very short walk to the beach and we could walk to some great places to eat as well. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Nice & Clean Apartment in a Great Location

Location was perfect for us. A few steps from the beach. Pool access. Close to many restaurants and ice cream places for the kids. The apartment was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. We had a great time and would stay again.

Great Host and Condo

This was our first trip to St. Pete Beach and we had the perfect condo and host. The condo was very clean, there were plenty of towels for us, very comfortable beds, beach towels were supplied for us, and the location was perfect. We could look out the window and see the pool and the gulf. The pool was cleaned three times while we were there and there were days we had the pool to ourselves. The communication with the owner was FANTASTIC! She communicated with us often, answered all of our questions, helped us with parking, and even sent us a detailed message about everything we needed to know before we arrived. I have rented through VRBO many times but this was the best owner! We will rent again!

Wonderful place to stay, very clean. Loved being so close to the pool. The only thing I noticed was the bed in the second bedroom seemed smaller than a queen as it was listed.

Elise was great to work with, and the property was right across from the beach. Being able to quickly go back and grab anything was really convenient, and the condo was perfect for our needs. She went out of her way to help make sure we had what we needed for our stay.

Excellent property and host

This condo is beautiful and exactly as described. Easy beach access, great pool, super location. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked. Be aware that the property is on a 3rd floor without elevators. Not impossible but slightly annoying when you are hot and sticky. Elise has been one of the best hosts we’ve ever worked with. We had a little mishap with the parking and Elise handled the situation very efficiently and professionally. She is a gem. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
