Gwen's place is super cute and comfortable. The street was very quiet with easy access to everything in and around Charlottesville. The screened in porch was a nice spot to relax when the weather warmed up!

Weekend in Charlottesville

Spent weekend in Charlottesville to meet up with friends and go to UVa football game. Property was very convenient as it was less than a half mile from Scott Stadium. Beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Did not really use the kitchen but everything looked nice. Having coffee and a bottle of wine plus snacks was a nice touch!

Wonderful little house

Cottage-like atmosphere in this well-appointed 2BR house, was perfect for our family’s weekend stay. Kitchen has everything you need, modern bathroom artfully appointed, large flat screen tv in living room. Host was wonderful and replied to questions immediately. We’d love to stay here again.

A charming little home

I loved my time in this beautiful home. It clearly is occupied and loved by its owner...the opposite of a sterile hotel room! The creative original art that graces every wall was a pure delight. The home was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I was there by myself, but we had planned on 3, and I think we would have had plenty of space. The back yard is lovely and the back screened porch was a delightful place to sit. I would look forward to staying here again!

Great location in artsy retro small home

Loved this little house. Very convenient to UVA and highway to JMU or Monticello. There is just enough of everything that you’d need to be comfortable. The kitchen is small and not the best for cooking a huge meal, but just well outfitted for a quick breakfast, snack prep or small east meal.

Cozy and Convenient

Very cute 2 bedroom house nicely appointed and skillfully decorated to feel like a warm and welcoming home. Conveniently close to the University and the downtown Mall. A second story screened porch off of the kitchen is a great amenity.
