Two good-sized bedrooms with baths and good shared spaces. The house was not spectacular, but it was clean and comfortable for the three of us and just a 10 minute drive to downtown and the riverwalks. It was a good value and fit us perfectly.
This house is super clean. The showers have hot water which is an important thing for me. The neighborhood is tucked away and quiet. The host was responsive and helpful.
We had a great stay at this property and enjoyed the living space in the family room and spacious separate bedrooms. Back deck and yard were great. Thanks for a great stay!

Quick Stay
Overall, our stay was good. A few things to note - it seemed as though there was always a barking dog (on one side of the house or the other, at all times of day, even overnight), the house is close to a railroad so loud cargo trains come through, the house is not within walking distance to restaurants/shops/etc., and the overall upkeep of the house could have been better (although newly renovated, certain things seemed in need of an upgrade and the backyard was not maintained). The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the owner was great.

Very close to downtown yet quiet. It came with paper towels, garbage bags, tea and salt and pepper and oil and even shampoo and conditioner which was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Owner was responsive to our needs.
Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Coffee, tea, sweetener etc. available. Great communication with owner. Very centrally located. Would gladly stay here again.
I felt right at home here! The house was very clean and comfortable. Joy was a fantastic host. She was very accommodating and friendly. I’d recommend this place to anyone!
Great little house, very well maintained, nice and clean and comfortable. Joy was such a pleasure to work with - responsive, clear and helpful! Would definitely book it again
This rental is clean and comfortable. Considering the pricing in the area, this stay was reasonable.
The owners are very nice and totally reachable.
The location is only 10 minutes to U of SC campus but not close to restaurants, etc. You will need a car.
Place was super clean. A bit sparce in appliances when preparing a thanksgiving feast. Thankfully I came prepared with paper plates and had family nearby to augment the 5 glasses to 7 :)
I was pleasantly surprised once i walked inside the property. Its was very updated and smelled very fresh and pleasant. The king size bed was so comfortable. This rental is located in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I would highly recommend someone using this rental.
The place was immaculate. Nice and cozy. Had everything you would need to have a great stay. Joy,the owner was great in communicating all details for the stay. She was easy to get ahold of for anything that needed to be taken care of(we had no issues). Loved the location. Its in a quiet cul-de-sac about 5 miles from downtown Columbia. Highly recommend this property for your stay.
My husband and I took my aunt and uncle with us to see our son graduate from the Army bootcamp. We didn't really have any issues with the house, until we used the stove the night before we left and it didn't get over 305 degrees. I reported this to the owners and they said they would put in a work order to get it fixed. The rooms were nice and there were plenty of options for watching tv. Parking wasn't an issue, but if you are handicapped, there are stairs to get inside the house so I would not recommend it for those folks. The area was off the main road so there wasn't much noise after we went to bed. We would stay again if in the area.
Stayed for graduation... The property owner was amazing! Quick to answer any and all questions. House was clean! Great spot... Feels like it's away from everything but it's not. The only reason for 4stars instead of 5 would be that the property has a camera at front door and back porch. I understand it's for safety of their property... Just wish we would have been told or that it was in the listing. (due to we have children) the best part of the stay was the bed! It's an amazing mattress! I thought it was hard just by touching it but it actually contours to your body! Love love love it! If we are ever in the area I could see us staying here again.
This was really just a place for us to sleep. We didn't do any cooking. If we had to cook I would have preferred a dishwasher. Host said the house was recently fumigated, but we still had a few live bugs, which I get it's the south and woods across the street. Well stocked though, good selection of tea and coffee, which we didn't touch. We were on the go, so looking for messsges in the app didn't help. It would have been better to get text messages. The smoke detector battery died, so we had to take the battery out. Nicely decorated. I missed seeing the check in info in the app. I hadn't realized everything was done in the app.
