Kom genieten van onze unieke flat gelegen in Eagle Ridge Resort, in de stad Bartlet, NH.

U vindt een appartement dat in alle opzichten vlekkeloos is, van de staat van het appartement, het landschap van het terrein en het onderhoud van het zwembad. Het uitzicht vanuit alle kamers in het apparaat is gewoon adembenemend. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht op de kathedraal Ledge, de Moat Mountains en Mt. Washington.

Wandelpaden minder dan 50 voet van de voordeur. Met minder dan een minuut lopen naar het zwembad!

Toegang tot het centrum van N. Conway en Mount Cranmore zijn minder dan 2 mijl met Storyland net op de weg.

Great Place to Stay!

Roomy, well stocked kitchen, great location with views. We needed grab bars for the showers and better operating instructions for the pellet stove. None of us ever uses one before. We tried to light it.

This space was perfect for our family of 4 with two small kids (ages 1 and 3). Spectacular views, lots of space, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy checkin and checkout. Would 100% stay here again in the future!

This is a lovey condo with some of the best views in the valley. The balcony is quite large to sit and enjoy this beautiful scenery. We would definitely rent this unit again!! P. Shea

Continues to impress

I absolutely love this property. I have stayed here before in October of 2020 and would love to continue to come. Kim is such an great host, she was able to work with me multiple times with having to rebook a booking I had for 2021 to have to change it twice due to being deployed with the military 2 years in a row. She was extremely nice in allowing me to rebook and working with me on everything. This was the first time I have stayed in NH around the Holidays and it was great. There was a fantastic pellet stove that kept it nice and warm and cozy and everything enjoyed the trip. Thank you Kim!

As Advertised

This property is exactly as advertised. "Million $ views! " Its a beautiful Mountain view out of the glass sliders. Condo was perfect for my sister and I who went to relax and do a little shopping. We had a few questions for Jim & Kim. They responded quickly. Even checked with us a little later during our stay to be sure everything was good!! Would definitely recommend it and would go back again.

Fantastic view on the mountains!

Well located . Spacious condo, perfect for 6 adults. Quiet area. Surprise when we got in as the cleaning crew did not show up before our arrival. Our host took care of it and everything was fixed the following morning. Great stay.

Nice, but lacking

We loved the setup and location of the condo. We enjoyed the space for our stay as the 3 bedrooms worked really well for our multi-generational family. The pool was also nice to have! Unfortunately there were more cons that outweighed the pros. We arrived to towels in the laundry and a full dishwasher, both things we had to take care of ourselves. One bed was too soft and one was rock solid. The shower liners were mildewy and there were cigarette butts littering the back deck. The venetian blinds in the front bedroom didn't work and had to be closed one by one by hand. There was no AC so the condo was muggy and hot. One of the bunk bed's sheets had not been cleaned or changed and some of the towels were stained. The insulation is poor between units so we could hear everything from both sides and upstairs (where 11 people were staying and stomping around). One would think that with a large cleaning fee charged that the place would be clean and items (like the laundry, dishewasher and cigarette butts) taken care of, but unfortunately that was not the case. Could have been a perfect stay if there weren't so many things lacking.

Perfect for our quick getaway

This location was perfect for our trip and the views just made it better! We did a day of hiking and exploring the White Mountains and this proved to be a good central location. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were comfortable. If I had to give a negative, it would be the upstair neighbors. We could hear them talking and hear their tv late into the night. Communication with Kim was excellent. We had a couple question upon our rather late arrival, and she was very quick to respond!

Overall good stay!

The views were amazing and the kids loved playing in the yard. The Location to North Conway, Mt Washington, Jackson, and story land are good. The home was clean and cozy. They had most of the kitchen stuff you need. P.S. IF YOU HAVE LITTLE KIDS, bring your own paper/plastic dishes and cups. They only had nicer plates and glasses and we didn't trust our kids not to break them. Our only complaint (and it’s not enough to take away a star) is that the checkout process was a lot of cleaning. You have to run a load of towels 30 minutes before you leave, finish the dishwasher cycle before you leave, empty all the trashes- including the bathrooms and walk the trash to the dumpster which is about 75 yards away, and strip the beds. We felt like that was a lot since we already are paying a cleaning fee. Other than that we had a great time.

No AC, bed bugs, sticky wet floors.

Although, the condo itself was quite beautiful as well as the view, the cleanliness was 0 stars. The communications was great, but the cons outweigh the pros. If you don’t take the trash out you’re charged an extra fee on top of the cleaning fee you already pay. Also, there were no trash bags in the trash cans when we arrived so I’m not sure how well the cleaning service is. There’s no AC even though it’s listed as an amenity. And the floors were somehow always moist, so my family had to go out and spend money on house shoes. And throughout the 3 day weekend my family started noticing little red itchy bumps, and found a few bed bugs. Super disappointed.

Perfect for a little getaway

Nice area, secluded but very close to town and restaurants. Very nice and spacious with beautiful views. If I ever get to visit this area again. I will be sure to stay here again.

Home away from home!

The condo had everything we needed! We loved the deck and back yard area. Very close to Story Land, about an hour from Santa's Village. Red Parka Pub is right down the street and that is one of our favorites. Perfect location without being in the center of the traffic chaos.

Nice little place

Great place to stay. Very nice view and very quiet. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was a great space. Only negative were the beds. The king was too soft and caving in and the queen was hard as a rock. Otherwise, no complaints.

Nice view

A little disappointed about lack of supplies. No pellets for the wood stove that we were asked to use rather than the heater. Also no dish soap in the kitchen and the tv remote batteries were dead. Otherwise it was perfect!
