About this property

Renovated April 2024 Penthouse 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo in Downtown Pigeon Forge

We purchased this condo (unit 1705) and completely furnished it with brand new furniture and all new decorations. And in April 2024, we added new flooring through out and completely remodeled both bathrooms. It has a warm and cozy “home” feeling and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We have a new very large outdoor heated pool and swingsets for the children to play and climb on. The complex has a very nice concrete walking trail. We try to go spend the weekend about every six weeks-we absolutely love it at Mountain View!

The condo is very comfortable and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The whole place was very updated and we really enjoyed it. The parking was close to the building. Carts were available to help transport our luggage. We would definitely stay here again

Home Away From Home

From the minute we set foot into Roger & Gail’s condo we felt right at home. Very peaceful an a great view of the mountains. It was located right off the highway up on the hill which had an amazing view. Only thing we missed or would recommend is having a box fan to have a little noise to drown out the sounds of horns and motorcycles. Plus if your uses to one at home it can make sleeping difficult. Other than that we will be back.

The home was perfect. The view was lovely to look beyond in the morning with a cup of coffee. My kids enjoyed the playground and outdoor pool. Everytime we book, my kids always make new friends. No loud neighbors, music, etc. Very relaxing place to visit. The host was very nice and helpful with places to visit and good eats. Thanks for allowing my family to stay, will come back soon.

We currently live in Georgia, however, we love to go “back home” so that’s why we purchased this condo; we go to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg often but when we are not available to go, we offer it up to others that want to experience Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and the beautiful surrounding areas. Even though our children and grandchildren have never actually lived in Tennessee, they love it there too and go quite often as well. Why they chose this property

We chose this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo at Mountain View because it was new, very large and close to 'everything'! We like to go to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg with all of our family and this condo allows us all to vacation together. It's in a great location and on the top floor with fantastic views. Mountain View Condo Complex has a beautiful outdoor pool and large SPA. It also has a large indoor heated pool, basketball court, shuffle board, swing sets, and a horseshoe setup.
