Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Pecan Valley, an up-and-coming resort-style community designed for adventure! Currently, in the early stages of a 400-unit build plan, Pecan Valley will offer access to a 2-acre water park featuring a surf pool, lazy river, slides, and more! In addition to the water park, guests will also be able to use a recreational facility planned to include a gym, rock climbing, and other features! This community is also perfectly situated for a short drive to Zion’s National Park, the city center, or one of many Southern Utah outdoor experiences!
