Great family stay

We had a great stay at the house with family. Kids loved the games and bean bags in the basement, and the outdoor firepit was really nice during the brisk evenings. Host was very helpful and responsive as well. Would definitely come back!

Clean rental

Very clean rental. It wasn’t exactly dog friendly regarding the yard as there isn’t grass, but large rocks. We would rent again if we didn’t have a dog.

Great house and hosts

The house is beautifully remodeled and was very clean. The host was very accommodating and allowed us an earlier check in to drop our belongings off in order for us to get to our scheduled event on time. We have already decided the next time we are staying in the area we would rebook at this house. Thank you

Great MTB visit

Awesome property for a mountain bike visit to Fruita! The host was terrific, the location is very close to downtown. The garage and facilities were perfect for our mountain bike trip.

Fun Stay Before Bike Trip

We stayed at the cyclist retreat on the night before we went on a three day bike trip. It was so clean and comfortable, everything was nice and in order. The pictures were spot on with accuracy. There was even a secure garage to store all of our bikes! Such a lovely stay, I hope we can come back and stay again!

Cozy Cottage

We loved our stay at this adorable house in Fruita. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and they had multiple games for their guests to play. We also enjoyed lounging in the back patio. The location of the house is perfect in walkable distance to downtown Fruita. We would definitely stay here again!

So much fun to stay in Fruita for our Niece's Wedding!! Great location, easy to get to town, Colorado National Monument hiking, and the wedding! We had a very nice stay.

Two night stay

Great experience staying close to downtown Fruita for. The whole place was spotless! And the kitchen was perfectly outfitted - we even baked a pie. The place is aces!

Great place in Fruita!

Nice property in a great location near downton Fruita. Updated throughout and very comfortable! The rear patio is great and the shade is perfect even on a hot afternoon. The garage was a nice space to use for bike assembly and work for the 4 of us.

Great place to stay for a biking trip!

Clean, comfortable well stocked property. It had everything we needed for our stay and it’s very close to restaurants and stores which is very convenient.

Perfect first night on our journey

5 of us were on our way to a multi-day raft trip and Fruita was our first stop before getting on the water. Ample parking for our vehicles and raft trailer. Super clean and open spaces. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms perfect and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, yet walking distance to center of town. Happily recommend!

Great place to stay in Fruita

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cyclist Retreat in Fruita. The home is spacious, clean and uncluttered. We enjoyed the back patio, as much as the weather would allow. Although it was just 2 of us this time, I could see coming back with some cyclist friends. The garage was perfect for bike storage and the location ideal for starting out on the rides we did from town. Speaking of location, this was perfect for us - a quick walk into town, down the alley, but far enough away that we didn't experience any noise or congestion. We will be back!

First time in ten years back here.

Place is great, maybe a way to lock the garage walk in door, and a lamp or two in the living room. The down stairs shower curtain does not stay in place Thanks again, we had a great time and we are staying three more days, great biking area.

Annual Desert Bike trip

Beautiful, clean, close to everything

A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend bike trip, and it was the perfect place. Ashley had everything we needed to make breakfast before we left for the day and it was the best place to come back to after a long day of riding. The house is within a short walking distance to coffee, the bike shop, restaurants, and ten minutes away from Loma trail system. Ashley was super responsive if we needed anything and the bottle of wine was such a nice touch! We wouldn’t change a thing! We will definitely be back in the spring!

Tour de Moon Retreat

The Fruita Cyclist Retreat was perfect for four guys who needed a place to land before and after riding the Tour de Moon bicycle tour through the Colorado National Monument. All four of us enjoyed the home and each person asked that I provide well deserved great review. Ashley made sure each room was clean, towels set out on each bed. Plenty of hot water for showers. We made dinner two nights. The kitchen had all that we needed. Appliances are well care for and clean. The detached garage and rear parking provided peace of mind when we needed to store nine road and mountain bikes for safe keeping. This is a great retreat for any reason, nice location. I would stay here again.
