Wonderful stay!

We had a great trip to London. This location was perfect. You can walk to most of the tourist sights. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Marc was always quick to answer any questions and even let us check in early so we didn't have to stash our bags.

Great host

Great location; only 1-2 mins walking distance to tube; and easy to go to supermarket; the home is new renovated and looks modern and clean (just like the photos). Marc is very responsive and helpful. He also give us all the information that I want. Good wifi speed. Because it's near the tube, sometimes may not be so quiet and nearby it has some construction working on ..so if you have jetlag, then may not sleep well. Overall the home is great (just look like the photos!)

Fantastic Location

The apartment was very clean, spacious, fresh and modern throughout. The elevator easily accommodates two people with luggage. The location is absolutely fantastic! The neighborhood is very safe with the convenience of two entrances to St James Park Underground station within a couple of hundred feet from the front door of the building. It is less than a 5 minute walk to St James Park and only about a 10 minute walk to either Buckingham Palace or Westminster Abbey. There is also a nice, popular pub right on the corner near the entrance to the building. We have stayed at many properties in Europe and elsewhere and I must say that Marc was the most proactive and responsive host we have ever had. We would absolutely stay at his apartment again.

Perfect location!

When you are on your own as a tourist in London, you want this Location!! Walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace and more! Tube station in the block, pub on the corner, along with a convenience store. Clean, roomy apartment with great kitchen, washer AND dryer! Two loveseats in spacious living room lack good support for sitting, but everything else is great.

Would agree with all previous reviews about the location. Really excellent, as you can walk to a lot of places and the Tube right beside it. Accomodation was totally adequate and was clean and well presented. I found Marc to be very helpful and very accomodating in a couple of requests we had, so would definitely stay here again. The only negative item I would have is that there is no double glazing and the noise from the street with early delivery traffic etc can be clearly heard but then again I am from the quiet countryside, so may not be an issue for city folks

Best location in town

Best location in town We (my wife and I, and our youngest grandchild) had a wonderful time in London in October 2014, enjoying the attractions far and near, especially near, such as feeding the squirrels in St. James’s Park and watching the imposing procession in connection with a state visit. The apartment is very functional, and I cannot imagine a better location for our purposes. However, there are a few points which you should notice. Some of them we were prepared for, others not: - The procedure in connection with the rental is somewhat bureaucratic – we were prepared for that, having visited London several times during the last few years. Britain is bureaucratic, and is growing more and more so. - The windows, especially the in the sitting room, are not fitting tightly, so with a strong wind outside it is rather windy inside, too. We were prepared for that, too. British windows are like that. - However, we were not prepared for the terrible smell that met us at the arrival and threatened to make the apartment uninhabitable. Fortunately we could locate it to a bottle with some sticks in it and neutralize it within a plastic bag. - And it came as a surprise for me that we have not so far (end of December) received our deposit back. It seems that we must write off the amount. There was no explanation, and I am at a loss to guess what it can have been. We did not break anything, and we left the apartment neat and tidy. All this is details that did not diminish in any way our enjoyment of the stay. Axel Moos Denmark

A fabulous location, delightful apartment

A fabulous location within easy walking distance of many London sites including Buckingham Palace, London Eye, parliament buildings, west end theatres and restaurants, Trafalgar Square, Churchill’s wartime bunker. Also extremely convenient access to the London Underground, shopping, a grocery store, and friendly neighbourhood pubs. The flat is very comfortable, and well equipped with most of the usual amenities of home. A very enjoyable stay!

What an amazing place!!

The Flat is impeccable and plenty large for the 2 of us. Huge living room, big bedroom with plenty of closet space, and dresser drawers. Good size kitchen with everything you could need. And like all good real estate, location, location, location!!! Short walks to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Parliament, river Thames. Great Bakery right downstairs and a convenience store. Security plus! Very safe. And a lift. Just the perfect place with a great owner, easy to work with, easy check in. You’ll love it as much as we did! Pictures are exactly what you get.

Great location, perfect apartment with everything you might need.

This apartment came from a recommendation from friends, it did not disappoint.Had everything that I needed to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. All instructions for appliances were easy to follow.The surrounding shops are fabulous with a great little supermarket, artisan bakery and great pub. Couldn’t recommend this property highly enough.

Amazing Westminster Apartment

My wife and I recently stayed here for a trip to London. First off let me say how amazing the property owner is. His level of communication and willingness to accomodate his guests was absolutely amazing. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! The location of the apartment is a few minute walk from Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, St James Park and Buckingham Palace. Additionally there is an Underground station literally right out the door. There is a wonderful bakery downstairs along with a small convenience store for basic needs. It is also very close to the Ministry of Justice and we felt extremely safe during our entire stay. Inside the apartment is very well maintained and has all you'll need for your stay. We decided to eat in a few nights while we were there and found the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a nice meal. Additionally having a washer/dryer combo allowed us to do some laundry while we were there. All in all, we had an amazing stay! I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in London. My wife and I absolutely plan on coming back and staying here again.

Perfect place to stay

Everything with this booking was perfect. Marc’s communication and genuine care to help clients is like none I’ve experienced. This location could not be easier to get to with a tube station literally next door and you can walk everywhere easily and safely. Pop over to Adam and Eve for a pint and dinner. The bed….the most comfortable ever and the cleanliness was fresh and welcoming. I will stay here again when spending time in London and thanks again Marc for being the best host.

Perfect location!

My partner and I spent 4 nights at this apartment and it was absolutely perfect. It is steps away from a convenience store, bakery, pub and underground stop. The property was not only in a great location, but Marc was fast with all messages and sent thorough directions so it was stress free. Everything was clean and it was easy to see the place is well taken care of.

Perfect location

The owner has gone out of his way to make our stay most enjoyable. The amenities were everything we could ask for. His prompt response to questions were appreciated. Location is excellent. Many attractions are within walking distance. If they weren't the underground is less than 1 block away.

Lovely Stay at Albany Court

Marc’s place was perfect. The location was VERY convenient. We were literally steps away from St James Park tube station and within close proximity to many excellent restaurants and shops. M&S is about 10 minute away on Victoria Street in Cardinal Walk and offers a great shopping experience for anything you may need. Marc stayed in contact and was easy to reach by text or WhatsApp. The decor is great. The place was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and.bathroom were well stocked. It was a great home away from home. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it for a couple staying in London. Thank you Marc for making your lovely home available to us.

Great Location & Host

Very good in all regards. Check in was slightly concerning but the instructions were very clear and worked perfectly. We are among the few that actually prepare meals and the kitchen was very nice. Could use a few implements like a cheese grater and peeler. Shelves were to high for my 5'2" wife and the step stool was not reassuring. Very minor issues for a very nice apartment.

Location, Location , Location

Our stay was so fantastic!!!The apartment was so clean and comfy and beautiful. Marc kept great communication with us and was always there if we needed anything. As for the location. WOW! It was near everything that we were there to see. Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby, St James park, Big Ben etc. Also the tube is located on the same block which was very convenient and easy to use. I mean this place has it all. Oh did I mention there are great pubs nearby?? Got to check out the Sticky Toffee Pudding at Adam & Eve right across the street. We went there twice just for that. One more thing, I thought I lost a ring that meant a lot to me but Marc cleaning crew found it and Marc had it returned to me in the states. Just goes to show Marc goes the extra mile with his customers. Strongly recommend this awesome place!!

Great location in Westminster

This is a great property…very clean and spacious. Well appointed. Close to all the sights in West London. We would book this again. The only caveat is if you can’t handle urban noise, this might not be for you. But you are in a big city so urban noise is part of the charm. Give it a chance, you will not be disappointed!!

We Would Stay Again in a Heartbeat!

Fabulous apartment

The owner, Marc, was excellent to communicate with. The apartment is located in a great section of London with pubs, convenience store and the Tube just steps away!
