A Cape Cod classic in design, decor, and setting, this single-story home will place you within easy walking or biking distance of Eastham's many charms. Take the four provided beach chairs and spend a beautiful day spent at Kingsbury Beach, then return home to a light-filled sunroom and a spacious yard at the edge of the trees.

This home sits across the street from Wiley Park, a lovely greenspace with a small beach and swimming dock on Great Pond, a playground, a picnic area, and a walking trail. Kingsbury Beach on Cape Cod Bay is half a mile west, Coast Guard Beach (part of Cape Cod National Seashore) is three miles east, and several excellent restaurants, clam shacks, and cafes are within a couple of miles. Downtown Provincetown, with its lively events, boutiques, and whale-watching tours, is only 23 miles north.

Walk home from the park or the beach in the afternoon to sneak a cat nap in the hammock, or light the gas grill for an evening barbecue at sunset. There's plenty of space for the kids to play in the yard as you toss the day's swimsuits and towels in the washer/dryer inside.

Wood-paneled walls and abundant windows add to the warm and inviting ambience of the interior. Begin each morning by sipping a cup of coffee in the sunroom overlooking the backyard, flipping pancakes in the well-equipped kitchen, and sitting down for breakfast around the dining room table. In the evenings, the living room offers plush seating, a smart TV with Roku, and a desk workspace where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi.

Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with a TV, an Amazon Fire TV Stick, and a private bathroom.

THINGS TO KNOW
The woodstove in the living room and the basement are not for guest use.
The king bed in the primary suite is a FIRM California king.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay at this house. It was spacious and had a very nice yard. The location was close to the beach and a cute park. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great location - more stays

We plan to come back. This was a great place for 3 couples. We had a little problem with bugs but nothing we couldn’t handle. Close to the bay and everything we wanted. Definitely a good experience. Recommend

Cute house nice location

The house was nice. The rooms were decent sized. King bedroom had an attached bathroom. The kitchen is a bit small but manageable. It was great to have a grill and a deck in the backyard. Location is very good - directly across the street from Wiley park - few minutes from first encounter beach and close to rt6 for any other beach day. Enjoyed our stay

Great house needs updates

First the good: we loved the layout of the house, open concept, fit our family perfectly, one floor living and very generous king primary bedroom. House was clean, everything we needed was there. Location is great, bright windows and comfortable seating. Outdoor space looked great but as winter visitors we didn’t get to experience it much. The bad: as rental property owners ourselves we have reasonable expectations but this property falls short. Wall to wall carpeting was stained and desperately needs to be ripped up and replaced with flooring. Furniture is comfortable but circa mid 80’s And very outdated. In the primary bedroom there are 3 kinds of curtains in one room. Everything seems cobbled together from garage sales and second hand stores. Primary en suite bath has a 3 ft wall around tub and shower entrance you have to step over to get in. There are grab bars but if you have any kind of mobility issues this would be untenable. All bathrooms and the kitchen desperately need updating. Communication with property manager was all electronic- they need to update their entrance instructions for code entry - they are missing an important button that must be pushed before you can enter the code. It took us a while to figure out. In summary, I’m torn about this property - if you don’t mind an old outdated property I think this could be fine for your stay and we appreciated that it was dog friendly. On the other hand it smelled, and really needed some love.
