Then, go ahead & plan your day knowing you’re only steps from the beach, pool, gym, hot tub & a short walk to downtown Invermere's shops & dining.

Highlights of Penthouse Corner:
This immaculate condo sleeps 6 comfortably and offers plenty of space for the family to spread out or gather together and make lasting memories. You’ll have unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring that whether you need to jump on a Zoom call, upload your insta-worthy pictures or catch up on your favorite YouTube channel, there will be no interruptions. The condo also has cable and tv's in multiple rooms.

Whether you prefer playing in the sand at the beach or sun tanning at the pool (or both), this destination has it all. We highly recommend planning to watch the sunset from either the hot tub after a day of hiking, skiing or skating or pour yourself a drink and take in the sunset with the family from the cozy seating area on the condo’s expansive balcony.

When you’re away with the family, a great kitchen is always a must, and in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed. Go ahead, cook your favorite dish or try something new in the pristine kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to get the job done with ease. It also features a kitchen table with seating for everyone so you can serve easy meals & snacks to get the kids fed and out the door where adventure awaits.

You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
–Tongs for grilling on the BBQ.
– Full set of knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers
– Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and your basic condiments.

Also included in your stay is a laundry room with detergent and plenty of shelving to organize your summer or winter gear. You’ll also have your own designated underground parking spot, offering you another level of convenience, guaranteeing you won’t have to spend time searching for visitor or street parking. However, if you have more than one vehicle, there is plenty of additional parking.

Transportation
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45PM.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.

There is a bus during the winter months that runs all day up to Panorama mountain resort. The bus pick up is just a few minute walk from the condo at the Dairy Queen.

FAQ

How do check-in and check-out work? We’ve made this completely seamless for you. Upon booking, you will receive our welcome email with all the information you’ll need for a contactless check-in and check-out. Once you’ve arrived and entered the condo, you will find a tablet with all the additional information you’ll need and be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is the pool open? We’re excited to report that the pool is completely open this summer without any restrictions. The hot tub is also open and operates all year round.

Is parking included? Yes. As mentioned above, there is a FREE underground parking space included with the rental of the condo. You will also have access to visitor parking as well as street parking if you have more than one car or guests visiting.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Stay while skiing Panorama

Unit is very nice, very happy. Had tons of kids toys everywhere, and lacked extra sheets/ blankets. Well equipped kitchen. Not the owner, but the building in which the unit is located is rather run down, and lots of hot water issues.

Great accommodation with a fantastic view

It was a pleasure to stay in the penthouse for a week at the end of September and early October. The instructions for entry were clear and complete. Underground parking for one vehicle allows easy access to the elevator for checking in and out. The place was as described, with an abundance of condiments, such as coffee, tea, sugar, ketchup, mustard, bbq sauce, soy sauce, so no need to pack your own. Almost every cooking utensil you can think of is supplied. In fact, I was so impressed with the Kirkland cookware, I’m going shopping at Costco to purchase a set. There are two balconies, the largest of which has two cushioned chairs, a settee and room for a large bbq. The view from the main balcony is a panaroma of the lake and mountain ranges. It’s also covered so no problem with rain. The wi-fi worked well and both tv’s were large flat screens with access to several cable channels as well as Netflix and Prime. The three beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and good quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. Lots of dvd’s, games, etc. in case you need to spend time inside – however my two brothers and I spent most of our time on the balcony. Given the all around quality of the accommodation, I would expect that management would be quick to respond to concerns, however we never had any and I suspect most others don’t either. Fast food outlets are close as is the downtown. Plenty of good quality restaurants and other services

Enjoying our adventures in Invermere

We had an amazing time in Invermere. The apartment was everything we needed and more. Spacious, well-appointed and close to downtown. We received thoroughly and helpful instructions for check-in and check-out which made us feel at ease. Really appreciated all the amenities. Not sure if it would be possible to also have an anti slip mat for the bath tub. My mom did not shower often for feel Of falling. Other than we had a marvellous time.

Great Stay!

This is our second time renting this condo with our adult kids and granddaughter. The unit is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked and we appreciated the few “extras” (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.). The location is great with it being right across the street from the lake and a short walk to a few restaurants. We enjoyed the lake view from our deck and the use of the hot tub. Check in and out and communication with the host was simple and easy. Look forward to staying here again!

Check in/out was easy and efficient. The property and suite was beautiful and well maintained. Beds/ pillows were comfortable Walking distance to the lake and amenities were near. This property is adjacent to the lake with beach. Spent a few hours on the beautiful beach and in the water (clean and clear water, a little cool but that was refreshing). Our trip was planned for golf. The courses are close by (Grey Wolf-excellent; Radium Springs-unexpectedly beyond anticipated; Copper Point-nice but let us down. Booked Ridge but put us on Point due to another tournament. Not cool). This unit was clean, AC was perfect, lots of space (4 of us), full kitchen was great and bbq was a nice touch. Wonderful location and great suite with underground parking.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our week at this location. It's quiet, clean and close to everything we needed and wanted. The pool was perfect for the kids. We stayed in the same complex last year (just in a different condo) and we wanted to return. We love the area. So many things to do and so much good food to eat. We'll happily return.

Wish we had known 2 of the bedrooms only had Double/Full beds and not Queens. We would not have stayed there if we had known. Too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. The rooms are plenty big enough for queens. Loved everything else.

My family had a wonderful time in Invermere. This condo was exactly what we needed for our stay as we needed three bedrooms with big beds for adults. This condo had three great rooms that provided a place for rest and privacy. The place had everything we needed to enjoy a meal together and watch some hockey.Located close to walking trails and groceries Thank you for a wonderful few days.

Fantastic condo

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. Everything was as described in the listing……the unit was very clean and beds very comfortable. We loved the view of the lake and mountains from the patio and although it was a bit too cool to enjoy the pool it is directly across from the building so is easily accessible. We plan to book another stay in September!

A beautiful condo in a great location close to everything to can do in the valley. It was peaceful and quiet as the tourist season hadnt started yet, which was very nice and relaxing. Really enjoyed the condo and would rent it again.
