Quiet retreat on the Indian River with private boat dock

Due to hurricane damage the end of the dock is not usable and there is still visible damage around the exterior of the property. There's still about 175 feet of dock to use. Watch the dolphins play in the Indian River Lagoon from your private patio or from the 200' dock. Time it right and you will have the best view of rocket launches at Kennedy space center straight across the river. Free boat dockage, kayak use, wireless internet, outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, exercise room and laundry. Close to golf courses and beaches. Within walking distance of shopping, movie theaters, bars and lots of restaurants. Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney and Daytona beach all less than an hour away.


Two bedroom, one bath apartment sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in each bedroom. It's the 2nd floor of the main house. We live on the property but guests have complete privacy and we are available anytime they need us.

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped including washing machine and dishwasher. Stunning views especially for sunrise and space centre. Very convenient for the space centre and lots of shops and places to eat close by. Very comfortable and spacious. I cant wait to stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely place.

Fantastic location for wildlife and rocket launches

An enjoyable stay. Easy to find, plenty of space to park. The property is in an enviable location in Titusville, just off the highway and right by the river. It is handy for just about everything. We watched two rocket launches during our stay, right from the property. There's plenty of birdlife around too, we particularly liked seeing the ospreys. Any cons to mention after all the positives? Well, yes, for me. The blaring trains during the night woke me up frequently. Husband generally slept through the racket, but even he woke up sometimes. We found it tricky to get the temperature right at first, not being used to the aircon. But we would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable and quiet flat with great amenities in a perfect location.

We stayed in the flat for a week at the beginning of October. It is light and airy and really comfortable. Having never driven in the US before, it was very easy to find. Brandy came to say hi and was so accomodating, she even printed our tickets to the Kennedy Space Centre for us. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. I took my coffee to the chairs at the end of the dock every morning where you could see the vehicle assembly building at the space centre, as well as an abundance of birds, fish and other wildlife. One morning we even saw dolphins playing next to the dock. The flat is ideally located for the space centre, Merrit Island National Wildlife Refuge where we saw bald eagle and gators amongst other things, and the beaches as well as Disney. We just adored staying here and wish we lived closer so we could visit again soon!

Plenty of space and great location

Very nice property right on the Indian River. Lots of wildlife on the river and could see the NASA Vehicle Assembly Building directly across from us. Also got to see a rocket launch from the balcony.Inside was clean and felt especially spacious. Appreciated the storage space and available horizontal surfaces. We could really relax during our few days there. And love the area!

Titusville waterfront

Great little apartment. I woud definitely stay again. Cute, clean, a bit of a beach/nautical theme, and just what I needed. My only suggestion is that one of the trees has grown up to block an awesome view from the upper deck. While it is just a little thing, it was annoying that you could hardly see the fantastic view with that one tree in the way. I also saw a starliknk launch form the dock, just a few miles directly across the water.

Fantastic setting

It was better than advertised. The sunrise each morning out on the dock was amazing. Watching the sun come up over the VAB (vehicle assembly building) across the river at kennedy space center was mesmerizing.

The stairway in the back was a concern and the main reason we left early. The railing for the stairway does not extend to the top three steps which presents a big fall hazard.

Overall great place

When I arrived on Saturday night I missed that driveway about 5 times. Might be good to give a hint like just north of 6 story apartment building or something like that. I didn't know where the entrance to the VRBO was and I apologize for disturbing the young man in the room downstairs. A sign would be helpful along with a light on the path to the stairs. Loved the view just wish the launches had occurred on schedule!

My Wife and I have spent alot of time on vacations from Florida to West Virginia to North and South Carolina and many more places on the east coast and pan handle . But i have never been treated with more respect and the best hospitality i have ever had . This place is the perfect place for a couple or a family of 4 . We had dolphins by our dock and saw a rocket take off from Nasa . A must stay place .
