In the most affordable luxurious waterfront condo, you can enjoy quiet and spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the landmark GD bridge . The resort host several bars, including a seasonal pool bar, an outdoor pool overlooking the marina, an indoor pool, a fitness facility.

Please show your ID to the front desk ,who will issue the key cards.
The front desk will provide the WIFI information.
These keycards could stop working once a while. The front desk would reprogram them for you if that does happen. Keeping them away from your cellphone would help preventing malfunctioning.

FANTASTIC

Beautiful place to stay. So close to everything we wanted to do. Friendly staff extremely clean environment. Even though I missed the email because I promised I wouldn’t work on vacation, our host was great at communicating and checking to see how we were, again I didn’t see it till getting home but it was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend this host!

Thank you for sharing this beautiful, fun and at the same time very relaxing condo with our family. It was everything we imagined plus more! The beds were super comfy. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the water. Everyone was so helpful and polite. We felt at home

Impressive!

My wife and I were in town for our wedding anniversary. I wanted a unit that was safe, roomy and more homelike, this place did not let us down. Very spacious and clean, updated appliances and everything worked. We definitely will be booking our next trip to try and stay at this location.

Great Stay

The unit was clean the decor was modern and the location was ideal for my stay. At first, I was a little concerned with access to the unit being outside instead of from the interior of the building, but the door was heavy and made of steel so pretty secure. The unit itself was very nice and did not have that dated beach decor so prevalent at Myrtle Beach. I like the granite countertops, and deck with the view of the river. The bathrooms were modern and clean and the lobby bar was very pretty with a nice sitting area where I enjoyed a cocktail by the warm fireplace. I went in winter so although SC is not very cold, it made the space cozy. I would definitely stay again if I want to visit Myrtle Beach in a comfortable spot.

We had an excellent stay! The property matched the pictures perfectly, and the location was ideal—close to everything and in a fantastic neighborhood. Check-in was smooth and easy, making for a hassle-free start to our trip. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stay

Check in was efficient with the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes front desk ( took less than 5 minutes to receive two key cards). The Condo is located on 7th floor overlooking the waterway and Grande Dunes golf course. The suite is very clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable with soft linen. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms are clean. Janet is the hosts , she’s great with the communication between us. She makes sure everything works smoothly during our stay. We will sure come back to this unit in the future.

Beautiful Stay at a Beautiful Property

Enjoyed a great Thanksgiving week at Marina Inn Grande Dunes. Great communication with the host Janet. Getting up/down to the room and the valet gentlemen Jason and Bruce were amazing and super helpful. Our suite was spacious, cozy, the kitchen was well appointed, and the balcony and view were refreshing. Have visited here before and would definitely visit again with this host! Thanks!

Perfect Fall Trip!

We had a great time staying at the Marina Inn. The unit was clean, quiet, and perfect for a long weekend away from work. The owner of this unit is a great communicator and even sent me a message making sure that check in went well. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

GREAT place to call home while on vacation. Check-in easy, but does take a little time for building security to provide access cards. Perhaps 30 mins. Not a big deal.

Family vacation.

My family had stayed at the Marina Inn Condos for the second time. Everything was amazing. The condo was spacious and provided everything we needed for our stay. We loved that the hotel had a shuttle that went to a private beach where chairs and unbrellas were provided. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again.

Family stay with kids

The property was clean and well appointed. Perfect location. The beach shuttle, free chairs and towels were convenient and a great service. Janet was great with communication and offered extra information on restaurants and more. Would definitely recommend!

Memorable Reunion

My friend & I hadn't seen each other since 1998. We finally decided to meet again in Myrtle Beach. Our stay at the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes was fantastic! Accommodations exceeded our expectations and was most impressive! It is beautiful and spacious and the staff were all wonderful! Shout out to valet, Sam, for being so gracious, friendly and a joy to be around!
