This historic home has a huge, serene back yard, access to a fresh water river- great for fishing, paddling & kayaking. Situated a few blocks from Eastport Village which features: a luncheonette, General Store, antique & gift shops. Just 1 mile from LIRR/Speonk station; 20 minutes from Dune Lane Beaches, Westhampton village, Tangier Outlets, sailboat rentals, fishing excursions, trails, food trucks, breweries, and wineries & coffee shops.
It's a great place to relax, & enjoy the summer scene without the crowds. Southampton Village is 30 minutes east.
