Welcome to your fun in the sun! Enjoy a relaxing stay in a comfortable home. You can go to the beaches in just a few minutes or relax in our beautiful pool and hot tub. We offer 2 king beds and a pull out couch. There’s both front and back out door patios with shade and furniture. Just 6-8 minutes from Saint Pete beach or treasure island, 6 miles to down town St Pete. Great night life! We will leave a list of favorites places with live music as well as top notch restaurants. Relax and enjoy!

Perfect Tranquility!

My husband, daughter and I rented this property for a National dance competition! I narrowed it down based on location, bathroom vanity and pool/spa with privacy! We hit the jackpot! When we travel, we usually stay in rental property opposed to a hotel stay. I have nothing bad to say. Just wished we stayed longer! Susy was the perfect host. She left clear instructions for everything! She was so sweet to leave us a welcome basket. Kitchen was fully stocked! There was even seasoning in the spice cabinet. Cold water in the fridge and ice in the freezer. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans and an Air fryer. Might not sound like much but Florida in June is hot and driving in from Georgia, that was perfect! Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels and wash cloths and extra sheets. Bathrooms stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioners. Beautifully decorated. Warm and inviting. Quite safe well kept neighborhood! We will definitely stay there again!

Awesome stay

Was a very nice place to stay love the hot tub and pool area completely private extra little amenities everywhere. Owners go out of their way to do anything they can to help you. We left some stuff by mistake and they mailed it to us.

Perfect for our weekend stay

Everything is exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable beds, nice, quiet neighborhood, and the pool area is like a private resort.

Great Getaway

The property was exactly as described and Susy is a fantastic hostess...from complimentary snacks and beverages to everything you could possibly need to get away from it all and relax. Would happily stay at this location again as it is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but just minutes from the beaches and area attractions.

Vacation Is Back On

Susy was a great host to work with. After having our previous rental cancelled less than 24 hours before our arrival we booked with Susy. Our vacation went from panic to relaxation within hours. This property is everything as advertised. Great family friendly neighborhood, substantial amenities, with top notch host responsiveness. Also, we were within driving distance to multiple beaches, activites, and restaurants. Ill definitely book again if I am in the area and would recommend anyone do the same.

Quiet, mini oasis in the city

Love, love, love this listing. It was a perfect fit for my family of 4. (We only had 3 of us for most of the week.) The beds were super comfy. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Everything was clean, neat, and had a modern feel. The location is 10 minutes from almost everything. And there are peacocks roaming the area about 5 mins away.

A very relaxing vacation

Everything this property was advertised as was wonderfully true. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay, and our vacation to Florida. We were happy that we were not located in the thick of things. But, we were super close to go anywhere we wanted to. The house was supplied with anything we could have needed and more, and we took advantage of the pool/spa area every day of our trip. This helped make our vacation a very wonderful and relaxing one.

Best Weekend Ever

If you want a beautiful place to stay just minutes from the beach with a gorgeous pool in a tropical oasis pick this place! Suzy was a great host. Left us a goodie basket with snacks and two bottles of wine. Perfect weekend. Will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Stay In St Pete

This house was perfect. The location is right where you want it to be. Less than 10 to the ocean and same to Central Ave for all the food and nightlife. The pool is amazing. Perfect temperature and private. The house has everything you need and perfect areas for lounging in the front and back.
