This home offers 2 bedrooms (each room has a king-size bed) 2 baths with 1329 sq ft of open-concept living with an attached Garage.

The living area has a comfy sectional with recliners on each end, an oversized chair, a TV with a fire stick, and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. It opens up to the kitchen that has a dining table and chairs, and 4 bar stools. Plenty of room for family and friends.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner. It also has newer stainless steel appliances. It also has a reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water.

The Master bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

The guest bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

The linens and towels are 100% organic cotton and we use all non- toxic cleaning products. We don't use any plug-ins, or air fresheners except for a diffuser with essential oils. If you wish not to have it in use upon arrival, please let us know.

We also have a full-size desk and chair for those wanting to get away on a working vacation.

The cozy back patio has enough seating for six and has a Weber Bar B Q for all of your grilling needs.

HOUSE RULES

We have worked hard to create a nice space for our guests. Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay, and please treat it with care & respect.

Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. If you are caught with a pet there will be a $500 fine, coupled with any damages that may have been caused by that pet.

No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from hosts. Subject to $50 fine per person if the rule is broken.

Totally awesome

This is by far one of the most beautiful VRBOs we have stayed at to date. We travel a lot stay a lot of places and this was just a fantastic location cleanliness plenty of silverware dishes everything you need for a stay. We will be back thank you.

We stay at rentals all across the country and this one was the best. They provided everything we needed and things we didn’t know we needed (ice cream bars!). My only regret is that it’s not closer to home so that I could come back soon.

Amazing Property!

The Rush Escape is truly a gem of a property! My husband and I along with my parent’s were in town for a wedding. The four of us all agreed that our expectations were exceeded! The check in process was very easy and communication with the host was great. The house was stocked full of snacks (which we loved) and everything that you might need. The location was in close proximity to everything from restaurants, coffee shops, and local stores. The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. If we are ever in the Prescott area again, this home will definitely be our number one choice!

Quick trip to visit family

Went to Prescott for a quick three day trip. The house was perfect. Probably the best rental house we have stayed at. It was spotless. Comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, comfortable couch, three large TVs. The house is stocked with everything a traveler could possibly need. We will be back. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on your rental.

Warm and welcoming Prescott home

A quick overnight stay in the cutest Prescott home. We plan to return to make use of all the amenities that we didn't have time for this go-round: the gorgeous chef's kitchen, games by the fireplace, the quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was quick and helpful. Will return!

Best VRBO ever!

The place was spotlessly clean....lots of nice amenities and touches. Extra linens, excellently appointed kitchen and tools, books, puzzles, etc. Personal note/treat from hosts. Convenient to town and in a quiet neighborhood. If we could give the review a 6 we would!! We will be back!

Stay Here if Traveling to Prescott

This place was amazing and probably the best VRBO property we have used. The owners have anticipated anything a traveler might need. There is even an air fryer in the pantry and lots of snacks and treats provided if you are planning a day of hiking and exploring everything Prescott has to offer. There are numerous grocery stores within a short drive and many excellent restaurants within a short drive or average (not short, not long) walk time. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. They really have thought of everything a renter might want.When in Prescott try and remember to pronounce the town Preskitt and the locals will be impressed.

Perfect Prescott stay

We loved everything about this property. The beds were amazing. The linens were nice. The place was spotless. Very up-to-date. We were quite surprised with all the little extra supplies left in the kitchen…. The only thing that I could say at all is we found the coffee maker hard to figure out. Once we got it made the coffee was great, but a Keurig would’ve been nice to have as well.

Been to many privately repped homes, hotels, etc., over the years and across the states! Best accommodations ever and the owners thought of every conceivable need and accommodated them! They went above and beyond to provide a complete and lovely home, with special treats and added touches!! Literally they thought of everything!! Definitely stay there if you can!! 10!!!!

Ohhh so comfortable

Last minute trip, moving my daughter, hosts were so accommodating with us needing to park the U-Haul overnight. But that’s not all, the home was so comfy. We were hungry and tired after driving for over half a day. Upon arrival there were snacks, water and coffee, all necessary after the trip. The beds, no problem falling asleep, comfy cozy. It’s a home away from home. In a rush to get out of my own home, forgot a few toiletries, and the hosts provided extra essentials should people forget their own, came in handy so I didn’t have to run out to get them. When we go back to Prescott, vacation then, should this home be available, would love to stay.

Great Prescott retreat

Yearly Best Friends Birthday Trip

This is a lovely home close to Whiskey Row and central to many hikes, museums, shopping and restraunts in a quiet older neighborhood. The Home is beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. The owners go way above and beyond. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with any kind of kitchen appliance, bakeware, pots and pans you would need to prepare food, all in excellent condition. This was a birthday trip for my me and my best friend of 50 years. When we opened the fridge to put our groceries away we found a birthday treat from a nearby bakery and sweet card from owners. There were jars of treats and snacks, a good selection of spices for cooking/baking, condiments in the fridge, coffee and tea etc. There were also items in bathrooms in case you forgot personal items. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't have as many extras as this house offered. The linens and towels were nice quality. Communication with owner was easy with quick response time. The day we were arriving I recieved a message that the home was ready early and we were welcome to check in. Check in and out was easy. I will stay at this home again if I return to Prescott and would recommend it to any family or friends staying in that area. This home really was above and beyond any expectations I had, and I expect a lot when I rent a home for vacations.
