My family enjoyed their stay, Ann was a great host and very responsive to our various requests and questions. The property is large, spacious, and perfectly located.
Ann was phenomenal! The house was well stocked with everything you need. My family of 5 stayed for multiple weeks and it was everything we needed for a temporary home base!
Lovely, roomy and highly functional home; we had a great family reunion, and this house really facilitated it! Plenty of room; nice floor plan; all appliances and functions of house were great. We weren't in season for the pool, but it looked very nice as well. would definitely recommend this location for any stay on the Rochester area.
Very easy check-in service. House was warm and clean. I felt safe there. Manager was very pleasant and helpful. Convenient location- walking distance to some stores including a Starbucks. I stayed off-season, but the backyard and pool seemed great. I would stay again if needed.
We were visiting our son at RIT for the weekend. The location was very convenient to RIT and other activities we had planned for the weekend. The house was very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and had a lot of space. Amenities were very good-everything you would need for a stay was provided. Host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would stay here again when we visit Rochester on future trips.
Ann’s house was a great stay for us when we were in town for the PGA. Very well stocked and Ann was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Rochester
The beds and pillows were cozy and chocolates on the beds was a nice touch. Located super close to restaurants yet plenty of neighborhood for walking our dogs. The fenced in yard made traveling with dogs so much more enjoyable.
This house was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my family of 6. The pool was exquisite and refreshing. We had a lot of things planned but we literally stayed at the house and hung out instead. I recommend staying here. Ann was an amazing host and her hospitality was on point.
House was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of supplies: towels, paper and cleaning products. Furniture was quite comfortable, mattresses were very good; pool was cleaned once weekly and always looked good. Other than a slight problem with the checkin code and one plumbing problem while we were there which was promptly resolved, everything about the stay was excellent. We would recommend a hand railing on the front steps and a shade on the west-facing kitchen window.
My wife and her brother and sister-in-law stayed here for Thanksgiving week. The full kitchen (which was equipped with everything you could possibly want to make a full Thanksgiving dinner) was terrific. The large tv in the living room was stocked with all the streaming services, which allowed us to have family viewings in complete comfort. And when the weather turned messy (two large snow storms) it was nice to be able to tune in local and national weather reports before we drove home to Michigan and North Carolina. The 12 corners location was perfect, and you really can walk to everything! The only small thing was that there was only one tv, so we would recommend if you were coming for a long stay, or had small kids, bring your own 32” tv and hook it up. The property owner was great—responsive, flexible, and full of great tips about the area. We would definitely stay at this property again!
We absolutely loved the house. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and the kids toys available on site. The only drawback for an elderly person such as myself was the front step into the house was high and there was no railing to aid in stepping up. Ann checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and responded to questions quickly. We would definitely stay again!
This house has everything and exceeded all our expectations! From the location, that is walking distance to Wegman's, a bagel shop, and several other places to eat to the large backyard that is beautifully maintained with a pool and all the floats/toys you can think of, we wished we had stayed longer! There was plenty of room for our teens to spread out while also having large common rooms where we could come together for meals, games, or to relax in the reclining sofas. The beds were extremely comfortable and had chocolates on them when we arrived and the house was very clean. I can't say enough good things about this house or the owner who responded within minutes of me sending an email. The pictures are just a glimpse of how amazing it is and I would recommend staying there to anyone!
This house is one of THE best we have ever stayed in. 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog! Plenty of room, so everyone had their space, fenced in backyard for Jilly, who loved barking at the bunnies and chipmunk. This house is gorgeous, comfortable, family and dog friendly, clean and perfectly located at 12 Corners. Ann is an amazing host....the kitchen is fully stocked, the bathrooms have lots of amenities, the beds are so comfortable and the 2.5 bathrooms for 6 people, including one beauty savy teenager, were great. There's even a quiet office space in the basement for someone to grade papers. Comfortable furniture...they all recline!!!!! Highly recommend this house if you are in the Rochester area!
Absolutely loved the house. The downstairs was very unique to me. Loved the brick floors and just how open everything was. My kids loved the pool!! Road isn’t too busy so it’s easy to get in and out of the driveway regardless of which way you’re going. So close to everything! We went to the Strong Kids Museum and it was the best experience! The Zoo was fun and close. My daughter and her friend went to a photography museum and toured the mansion. I forget what it was called, but it was also right nearby. We ordered every meal lol, and every kind of food you could think of was nearby. We also walked to Starbucks and to the ice cream place. Twist and Scoop I think is the name. Very yummy!!!!! Just over all a very wonderful experience. Felt safe the whole time, and my kids had fun everyday.

Why they chose this property
My husband and I purchased this property because it was deteriorating and run down and needed a lot of love! From the outside it looks like an average house, but it's quite unique once you enter and head to the back to find a wonderful surprise. It's a fun house because of its proximity to 12 Corners, but has a large fully fenced backyard with inground pool.
