The Sunflower Loft was completed in the spring of 2023. The apartment was constructed using quality materials and professional design principles to insure the space would be both efficent and confortable. The 12 foot tall ceilings and 8 foot tall doors give the space a very open feeling. The kitchen and bath are of the latest design trends using granite, marble, ceramic tile and glass to make the loft feel like a luxury home. The bedroom features a beautiful antique chandelier, king sized bed, closet and large window. The living room has a sliding barn door 4 foot by 8 foot made from quarter sawn oak 2 inches thick. Also, the living room has a 65 inch smart TV, wall art and classy furniture. The washer and dryer insure all the conveniences of home. Located close to restaurants, Intrust Bank Arena, festivals, Old Town Farm & Art Market and museums.

Getaway!

It was my wife’s birthday weekend. We had a great time! Everything was within a 5 to 10 minute drive, it was amazing there’s much to do. Check out cocoa dulce!! Randy and Kim you guys were amazing host. Thank you so much for the great weekend.

Perfect place for a couple

The Sunflower Loft is a unique little place near Old Town that is perfect for a couple staying in Wichita. Randy and Kim have gone above and beyond the call of duty to provide everything needed for your stay. Extremely well furnished and equipped, this little place will exceed your expectations for convenience, comfort, and cleanliness. No doubt we would book again on another trip to Wichita.

Week at work

Stayed here while doing some work in town for the week. Really lovely apartment and highly functional. Really convenient that it was close to downtown. Only downside was a lot of motorcycle noise on Douglas Avenue.
