Esta amplia unidad es el lugar perfecto para relajarse, disfrutar de la playa o jugar a algunos de los mejores campos de golf en Carolina del Sur. Mientras disfruta de la vista desde su balcón con vistas sobre el océano Atlántico. Nuestro apartamento se encuentra a pocos pasos de las playas más bellas de Litchfield con dunas limpísima. Esta unidad frente al mar con unas excelentes vistas al mar y la piscina tiene una glorieta cubierta. La cocina está equipada con nuevas encimeras de granito, estufa, refrigerador y microondas, máquina de hielo. Gran sala de estar abierta es amplio, con un gran comedor. Esta zona tiene excelentes vistas del océano. El dormitorio principal tiene cama de matrimonio con acceso independiente al balcón. Buen tamaño baño principal con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje. Segundo dormitorio con cama matrimonial, pisos de madera, baño privado y TV.
Tercer dormitorio con literas y capacidad para cuatro personas con baño privado y TV. sala de estar tiene un tamaño queen sofá cama (uno o dos). Completo acceso a internet wifi en todo condominio.
Las instalaciones son, pistas de tenis muy bien cuidados, ciclismo y pesca cerca.
Starbucks se encuentra en terrenos con gimnasio, alquiler de bicicletas todo ello de pago por razones.

Great place for Family and Kids

Unfortunately, it rained our entire stay, but the pool and hot tub remained open and we played in the rain all week! Our stay was great, hosts were quick to respond when we couldn't figure out the internet and walked us through the process. The condo was clean and we had plenty of space for 5 - perfect for families!

We loved everything about the condo- the location, the interior was decorated beautifully, the grounds and the relatively short distance to restaurants and the Hammock Shop. Hope to stay there again!

Great relaxing with wonderful view

Very satisfied with this oceanfront property. Very welcoming, beachy and had everything you need. Loved the ice maker. Beds were comfy. Spent so much time outside in the well furnished balcony. The owners were very prompt in answering any questions.

Love the view!!!

For the second year now we have stayed at this beautiful ocean view condo. Very nicely furnished with an open kitchen/living room to maximize the ocean view. We loved the double bunk beds for the kids and there’s plenty of room for everyone! Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful, safe and clean place to bring the family and we will definitely be making it back next year to the same condo. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place, it had everything we needed for our 1 week stay with lots of people. We cooked dinner every night and the kids especially loved eating out on the terrace looking at the ocean!

Wonderful Location

The property was perfect for us. Four adults with 2 kids (2 & 4). The rooms were spacious, 3 bathrooms and a relaxing balcony. Steps to the beach or pool. Easy parking and the views were rememberable.

Wonderful condo!!

Beautiful condo! We loved the large balcony with ocean view! We enjoyed several meals out there. It had plenty of seating for our group of 7. Also the easy boardwalk access to the beach was awesome!! Our family loved the pool & hot tub too, which was very close to us. The condo was perfect for our family- it was great that each bedroom had its own attached bathroom. Our kids loved the bunk beds!! The condo was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Owners were helpful & quick to respond to questions. Very well maintained grounds. We will be back!!

Perfect Litchfield Rental

We had such a great time visiting my favorite beach, and this condo was a great fit for us! The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, it was great to have our own laundry, but our overall favorite was the ice maker haha! The 3rd floor was the perfect height to sit on the balcony and watch the beach in the morning. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was never crowded. The owners were quick to respond to communication. We had a wonderful week wrapping up summer before the kiddos head back to school, and this condo made it so enjoyable. We sincerely hope to return again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The property is even more lovely than the description. The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The views from the balcony were amazing. We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect Family Reunion

This property was a perfect home away from home with all the vacation amenities! Our other family members rented other places at Litchfield according to their needs and we had our great visits at the pool and on the beach!

Amazing view!

We had a great time at this villa! So clean and beautifully decorated. Surprisingly spacious and the hosts are very accommodating and quick to respond. The view was by far my favorite!!! We had amazing weather and every morning we saw the sun rise over the ocean. Priceless!

The Best!

So when your wife and grandchildren say "When are we coming back!!?" The condo has a beautiful view of the Atlantic and the pool. Everything spotless, beds comfortable, and everything well stocked. Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. More than enough space for our family to stay for 2 weeks without feeling cramped. Easy access to the pool and beach, and the ability to use the unit's outdoor storage space for beach chairs was a plus. This condo has a homey feel, and we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of kitchen supplies made available, as well as a good number of games and puzzles to make rainy days more fun. We also loved having a dedicated ice maker, although very light sleepers may find it a bit loud when cycling. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and have already made a repeat reservation for next year.

Litchfield vacation

Wonderful property. Condo complex gated and beautiful. Great pool. Condo itself very clean, spacious and well equipped. Larger than expected and closer to ocean than expected. Would have preferred a shelf or hanging shower caddy in main shower to put shampoo, etc., but easy to address by reaching out of shower to side of tub. Overall great stay!

Delightful

The property was as advertised. The location is easy and on the beach. We had wonderful beach views. The beach is extensive, beautiful and not crowded. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. The condo is very well-maintained. We rented bikes and thoroughly enjoyed extensive bike trails in the community. The beach is easily accessible. The pool is still closed (?because of pandemic?) Definitely recommend and we would go back.

We chose Litchfield because of the beautiful beaches and the resort style neighborhood. We enjoy the walking trails and bike trails throughout the neighborhood. We enjoy being close to Myrtle Beach for all the amenities but far enough away (25 miles) from the congestion and traffic. Everything here was at our fingertips and a bike ride away. Huntington Beach State Park is 5 miles away.
Litchfield is within driving distance of our home and we enjoy many family moments playing games, cooking together or playing bocce on the beach.
The sunrise is incredible and we enjoy walking the beach early morning. there is plenty of great restaurants in Murrells Inlet with good local bands and plenty of night life.
