Cozy home located minutes from Star Point and Sunset Marinas. Driveway has plenty of room for 2 trucks with trailer/boat and electric hook up for boats. After fun in the sun boating and fishing relax on the deck equipped with gas grill or enjoy the fire pit to keep the festivities going. Or just relax in the a/c and watch the Roku TV and unwind.
Holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day minimum 3 night stay.

Peaceful Neighborhood, Tidy House

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed here while visiting family who live in the neighborhood. It's wonderful to have our own space to relax in when the day is done, with amenities like a kitchen and laundry.

Nice property in a great location.

Property is located in a peaceful area yet close to where you want to be. It was a very smooth process working with Gina for check in. Property cleanliness was excellent, and for the size it is a very efficient property.

Nice getaway!

Went to Byrdstown to take art class at Cordell Hull State Park. Artsy Farts sponsored the class and we visited her store after. Home was close the lake and State Park. It had everything we needed, and was clean and well maintained.

Great home, great location

A very nice home to stay in. Great location, not too far off 111, close to Sunset Marina. Home was clean, quiet, good parking space available. Host’s response time was excellent. Appreciated little touches like hangers & Kleenex. We’ve been in homes that don’t provide those. Thank you Gina. Highly recommend!
