Godetevi il vostro vaccation nei confini di PGA National, un prestigioso gated community situato a Palm giardini della spiaggia, FL. La nostra casa è tenuta in un cul-de-sac ed è 3300 sq ft / sotto l'aria e sistema di sicurezza, con il golf (no 2 tee e 17 verdi su The Squire) e vista lago, piscina, centro benessere e 2 box auto. E 'un 5 minuti a piedi (a piedi lungo il 18 ° sulla Squire, un par 495 cantiere 5) alla rinomata località PGA National mondo e spa.

La nostra casa è stato completamente aggiornato e rinnovato che offre una grande cucina, grande soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e stereo montato gli altoparlanti interni che all'aperto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, TV a schermo piatto, grande cabina armadio e un ampio bagno. Le altre due camere, che sono dimensioni camera da letto matrimoniale, hanno armadi walk-in e bagni recentemente rinnovati. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici premier. Abbiamo un ampio patio con mobili da pranzo, grill all'aperto, golf e vista sul lago, piscina privata con giocattoli piscina e un sacco di sole.

In Florida potrete godere di alcuni dei più grandi di golf negli Stati Uniti. PGA National ha ospitato The Honda Classic, Ryder Cup e il PGA Championship.

La nostra casa è a circa 10 minuti dalla spiaggia, The Gardens Mall (dotate di Saks, Nordstrom, Macy e Bloomingdale), numerosi ristoranti in tutte le fasce di prezzo e molto altro. 15 minuti da Palm Beach e City Place, Worth Avenue e Kravitz Centro per le Arti dello Spettacolo.

Se vi piace andare a cavallo si consiglia la 'M Esecuzione', un grande e personale ranch di circa 10 minuti a causa ovest.

Outstanding location. Rey convenient and lovely view.

The pool is wonderful. The view of the golf course is great. The location proximate to restaurants etc is great. The only needed change is the flooring throughout has worn and become noticeably stained pretty badly. The owner is a very nice and good person. He was so easy to communicate with and so accessible even though out of country. Host gave us a much need late checkout. Our stay was a full month and we didn’t want to leave. The floor plan was perfect for our large family with master BR’s at both ends of the house.

Private pool and gulf course what else do you need

My family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The house was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy, and had enough bathrooms for everyone to use which was a must for me. The private pool was what sold me on this house because rain or shine, later our early the kids were in the pool. The pool needed to be cleaned and Patrick had someone there within an hour or so. We had no problems whatsoever. Absolutely loved it, wish I could have stayed longer.

Great family home

We had a great time at this home... very comfortable and very spacious. Also a terrific and private backyard and pool. All the rooms were very large and comfortable.

Great 3 months at pga.

Great house. Very comfortable. Great location. House very well stocked for cooking inside and out. Had a few mechanical issues and Patrick was quick to respond and take care of. He was a pleasure to deal with. Pool is not heated but gets full sun and after a few warm days was up to temperature

We had a wonderful time golfing shopping and attending a wedding at the Mirasol Country Club. The house was adequate but we wouldn’t let our 4 yr old swim in the pool which was disappointing.

PGA National Getaway

This home was perfect for us. We had 3 golfers and we each had a large bedroom with its own bathroom. House was very convenient to the main resort ... it was about a 3 minute drive or could stroll down the 18th fairway to the clubhouse. The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking and had an outdoor grill. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again !

Lovely home/location

Wonderful place for a family vacation

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week in July 2018. The set up of the house is great with 2 bedrooms on one side and the third bedroom on the other side of the house with the kitchen, dining room and family room in between. It worked out great for our family of five as there was plenty of room to spread out. Probably the best part about the house (at least if you ask our kids) is the really large pool which is actually big enough to swim (!) in. The owners (Patrick and Lena) are very friendly and very responsive to questions and emails. The house is in excellent condition and the location inside the PGA golf community makes it extremely quiet and enjoyable. We would love to be back - a perfect place for a perfect vacation.

Wonderful house and great location

We had a great time staying here. The house is perfect for large families and the location on the golf course makes for a very peaceful and quiet setting. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very spacious and comfortable.

Terrific time and the house was top shelf

We were in Palm Beach for a golfers reunion of sorts . There were 3 of us in total with a fourth living in the area. The house was terrific ,very spacious with large bedrooms and all the amenities you could imagine. Thanks to Patrick and Lena for making the rental as easy as it could be and helping us plan our vacation with golf course suggestions. We will be back next year for another reunion ,it was perfect.

Beautiful home

I spent the month of April, 2017 staying in this wonderful home. Besides being beautifully decorated and comfortable, it is also IMMACULATE. During my stay, I never saw one insect (not even an ant). The owners (Patrick and Lena) are very friendly and very responsive to questions and emails. The home is situated in an ideal location with easy access to the PGA Resort, I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already put down a deposit to rent this home for 6 weeks next year. I'm looking forward to it.

Great house in a great location!

We stayed 3 weeks in this house and loved it. The set up of the house is amazing with 2 bedrooms on one side and 1 on the other with the kitchen, dining room and family room in between. It worked out great for our family, plenty of room to spread out. I loved the kitchen and how it was set up and it has a small table with 4 chairs in it, the refrigerator is quite large, which worked out really good for us. It has a garage so you can park your car inside, which we liked a lot.The lanai is amazing and really large and screened in and has 2 table and chair sets on opposite ends. We spent a lot of time sitting out there and we ate almost every meal there. The pool deck is nice with plenty of lounge chairs and tables and it also has a fire pit if you like to do that. There is only one negative and for most people it really isn't a big deal but since we knew it had a spa, we assumed it and the pool were heated and they are not. Our grandkids are usually in the pool a lot but weren't this time because it was a little cooler than normal and the water was really cold. The location of this house is amazing, close to everything and is in PGA, which is a gated community. The owner of the home is amazing to work with and anytime I emailed him, he replied right away. I highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Stunning property and location!

Had a fantastic 2 weeks at the property with family and friends, the facilities are excellent and the location to die for. Accessibility to the PGA national resort couldn't be better. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the Palm Beach area of Florida 5 ***** 🌴⛳️🌞😀🍹🏌

Beautiful property!

Our family (consisting of 7 and 3 year old) traveled from Chicago and stayed in this beautiful home! The pictures are completely consistent with the cleanliness and warmth that this home offers. The location is perfectly located... close to PGA national resort and easily accessible to PGA Blvd and I-95. The house has fabulous amenities. This is the second time we have rented this home, and we will continue to rent from Patrick and Lena as they provide an easy, relaxing, and enjoyable FL experience!

Beautiful home plus location

Exceptional for the price very large and roomy but cosy , very well furnished all the bedrooms are clean and uncluttered , very large lounge and TV room , we have been for the last 5/7 years and find it hard to be beaten on price and quality , located in a very convenient position close to i95 and the Turnpike and the ocean is a matter of a few miles away , close to many shops (hundreds of yards) and Palm Beach Gardens Mall 2 miles , very very secure and pleasant , no pickups allowed only for workers during the day , so nice and upmarket ,good sized pool cleaned twice a week would recommend to anyone with out any reservations children or not . Great home in great neighborhood!

We (6 adults) travelled from New Jersey for some sun and relaxation in the PGA resort area. I was so excited to stumble upon this home as an option for our stay - so much better than a hotel! It's exactly as the pictures show except much bigger! We loved everything about it. The location overall was fabulous - so close to everything you need. The neighborhood was lovely and we enjoyed walking and looking at the beautiful homes. The home itself provided everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and screened in porch were terrific. We had planned dinners out but ended up staying in several nights and cooking on the grill. Lena and Patrick were so easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. We'd love to return and spend more time. Thank you Otterstrom family :)

Best.Vacation.Ever.

We had an absolutely magical time, and we didn't even have to go to Disney! We only made it to the beach twice as it was just too tempting to stay home relaxing for hours in the beautiful pool. We also had most meals at home, grilling out and eating in the huge screened in porch. To maximize your pool time, there is outdoor lighting allowing for swimming into the evening, too. From my first communication with Patrick, the owner, I felt at ease and he made the whole rental experience easy as pie. He responded immediately to our initial request about his home and his quick response continued during our stay when any questions came up. Thank you Patrick and Lena for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was truly our Best.Vacation.Ever! Teri C.

***** The best holiday rental property in Palm Beach Gardens *****

We have stayed at this wonderful property each year for the last 3 years staying longer with each visit and plan to return again next year. The property is in a quiet secluded location within the PGA National secure gated community in Palm Beach Gardens. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday from spacious rooms a fully equipped kitchen and great outdoor living space and pool. There is complete privacy to the rear of the property, providing a breath taking view over the 2nd and 17th holes on the 'Classic' golf course. It is a 10 minute stroll to the PGA clubhouse for 'Happy Hour', and fine dining. Palm Beach Gardens has a wonderful shopping mall, great restaurants and anything else you need. The location is just over a mile to the Florida Turnpike and access to attractions such as Sawgrass Mills (1 hour), Orlando (2 hours) and for the more adventurous the Florida Keys (5 hours to Key West). The owners (Patrick & Lena) are professional, friendly and helpful in all aspects. The attention to detail in furnishing the house clearly defines their house on Wycliff as their home and not just a rental property I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a stunning location!

Fantastic !!

We stayed in this lovely house from 18th to 30th October 2015. Everything about the property was fantastic. The size of the rooms including the kitchen, living room and bedrooms were huge. Walk in cupboards and en-suite bathrooms the norm. The patio area by the pool was great for relaxing in the evening and getting the barbeque going. The pool area was fantastic too. Had a great two week holiday at this property. The owners were extremely helpful and always answered any queries very promptly. I have no hesitation recommending this property.

Very Nice Home in a Quiet Setting

The house is very nice and well equipped. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely enclosed patio and an open-air pool. With three very roomy bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had lots of space. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Paradise!!

We stayed in this magnificent home from 8/19 to 8/26 for a family reunion. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, and attractively furnished. The pool was beautiful, and with the hot sun and humidity of August in Florida, we spent a lot of time in the pool! There were plenty of pool toys and rafts to enjoy the water. We enjoyed days at the beach and late nights at the house with the pool. The arrangement of the house allows for each bedroom to feel spacious and private. The screened patio was a great place to play games and eat our meals. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook for any meal. We can't say enough about this wonderful home. The hosts were always prompt in responding and a pleasure to work with. This house is everything you could ask for and more! We feel fortunate to have found it! Sue

Beautiful vacation

Our home has everything we were looking for and we scrutinized the area for 3 years before buying; open floor plan with generous entertaining areas, great kitchen with easy access to dining area, location in PGA National on golf course with an absolutely fantastic backyard, lake view and proximity in order to obeserve Florida bird life.

Playing golf and observing great tee shots on the no. 1 tee on "The Match" at PGA National, Rapids Water Park for kids (all ages...), observe Florida bird life, relaxing in the sun and staying by the spa and pool, shopping at the Gardens Mall and Edwin Watts Golf Store!, going to the PGA resort.
