Newly remodeled, spacious (~400sq ft) one bedroom, one bath, HUGE closet and small kitchen just a ten minute walk to the rail through a peaceful and quaint neighborhood!
Walking distance to Monkey's Tail, Matamoros Meat Market, a seven minute or less drive to over FOUR breweries, Trash Panda Drinking Club, D&T Drive Inn, White Oak Music Hall and more!!
One brand new queen sized bed and new sleeper sofa
Access to a fenced backyard for pets
Private, covered and secured parking with plenty of street parking
Sleeper sofa allows for an extra guest or two
I live two doors down and welcome access to my hot tub, full kitchen, and FREE FRESH EGGS from my chickens, etc!

One large room with a small kitchen, bathroom and HUGE walk-in closet!
Guest access
You'll have full private access to the space and parking spot, with access to the backyard through an unfinished porch. Full access to the washer/dryer on the porch. I live two houses down and welcome full access to my home if needed to use my kitchen and hot tub!
Other things to note
The space is attached to a main house, but completely separate and private entrances. Occupants (my friends) of the main house are rarely there.
I have chickens in my backyard and offer free fresh eggs to all guests!
