Luxurious Ski House on Snowmass Mountain. 324 Deer Ridge Lane Snowmass Village.

Very easy ski access to the mountain. This comfortable and stylish mountain home has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a separate den/entertaining area, a study with a pull-out sofa, pitched ceilings, great natural light and is surrounded by Aspen trees. It is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. IT can accommodate up to 10 guests very comfortably.

The great room features a wood-burning fireplace, a 75 inch flat screen TV and a cozy library nook with a gas fireplace. Downstairs there is an entertainment den with 60 inch TV, bar and wine closet. The library/study is private and quiet.

Ski Trip
Our group had an amazing stay at Michael’s beautiful home! The place was spacious, clean, and had plenty of places to sleep for our large group. The house was very close to Snowmass village, and had a close path to ski/walk to the mountain. Michael was attentive and walked us through the setup of the house ahead of time, and checked in regularly to ensure our stay was going well. It was very cold and snowy during our visit, and the property managers shoveled both the driveway and the path to the hot tub every day, which was super helpful. The wood fireplace was an amazing touch, and they made sure the wood was well stocked for us to use. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries as these are not provided. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious house!! Our two families had plenty of space with comfortable accommodations. It was so nice to stay on the mountain with plenty of snow!!...and the snow plows always came through early. Owner and property managers were very diligent in responding to any questions. Highly recommended!!

Had a nice time. Owner was very communicative. Ski in at back of house we weren’t really able to find and instead opted to ski back through drop in point which was great once we figured the process out.

We had a great family vacation with adults and kids all finding space and activities throughout the house. Highlight of the trip was the attentiveness of the owner and management company. Any issues were rectified quickly. House itself is adequate but aging. That said, the value vs. other houses is apparent and the pictures and description is completely fair. The ski in / ski out at the end of the road (near the turn) is doable for even moderate skiers. Simply have to walk down the street or get dropped off. Probably 300-400 yards or a very brief drop off in the car. Great stay overall.

Great house for a bunch of men. 4 minute ride to free premium village parking. 7 men but would have been more comfortable with 6 as we had to use a fold out bed in the sitting room. Great fully stocked kitchen. Apparently there is ski in , couldn’t find it but it was great to park in the village.

We had a great visit to Snowmass! The house was very spacious to accommodate our large group of family and friends. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and sheets, and the hot tub was fantastic. Communication with the property managers was also smooth as well as the check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a great stay!

Large Family Reunion
Our family of 10 (parents, daughters and their families) stayed at this home which was fantastic. Furthermore, we chose this home to host my large extended family of 30 (range in age from 3-81)which were all joining us for dinners. The back yard was perfect size with lots of room for 7 large tables (5-5' round and 2 large serving) and room for playing games like Cornhole (bean bag toss). All my extended family were quite envious because their lodging wasn't great. And to top off our stay the deer showed up each evening and the weather gods looked most favorably upon our entire three day stay. Everyone in our large group commented that they would definitely lease this home for any future events. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Home on Snowmass Mountain
Previous recommendations were accurate. It is a large, spacious, well insulated home and we would definitely rent again. There are 4 bedrooms and office/den can be a 5th bedroom with its own full bathroom. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linen and towels, kitchen is well equipped and jacuzzi came in handy after long hiking days. Loved having access to trails on the mountain right out the back door. We also had 2 adults working in separate areas on zoom without any problems. There is still problems with some of the door hardware not working properly and I would have prefered brighter lights but neither of these would stop me from coming back.

Great house to accommodate 7-8 people. Well insulated from sounds in other rooms. Several small things need improvement -- door knob on one bedroom inoperative; several burned-out light bulbs; primary coffee maker missing the glass coffee pot.

Beautiful spacious property with great Rocky mountain views everywhere. Snowmass and everything there is close. There are some easy improvements that would greatly improve my stay. 1. Hardware on doors is in disrepair and it is a problem to close doors as some will jam The latch on the master bedroom fell off leaving a lack of privacy. 2. The house had not been cleaned at our 4 o'clock check-in time. Trash, bedding , towels, dishes stove dirty etc. It took a lot of effort to contact someone to get service. They finally came just after Superbowl halftime but didn't finish. They came back and finished up the next morning. We were there seven days and didn't see them again. 3. We had a winter squall snowstorm leaving a snow accumulation higher than my ankles The house is on a hill. I managed to get a car down the driveway but wasn't able to get back up. I managed to intercept the guy who snow plowed the neighbors driveway and paid him at my expense to plow our driveway. 4. This is in no way a ski in ski out property. It's a long walk uphill and downhill along a 2 lane curvy icy roads to get to a bus stop.

We are a family with 3 boys who are very active and love to ski and hike the mountains.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this house because of its elegance and comfort and most of all because of its easy access to the mountains for skiing as well as for the summer months.

What makes this property unique

There is absolutely no need to drive anywhere as in the morning you can ski down to the mid-station gondola in 3 minutes and ski back to the road leading to the house. For the return you will need to remove skis and walk back to the house along a gentle uphill for 8 mn. You can also call High Mountain Taxi at 970-925-TAXI who will pick you up at ski school and bring you to the house for $1 per person. During the summer months it is very easy to walk down to the snowmass mall and catch the bus to aspen. Snowmass is a very child friendly area with many restaurants.
