The one-bedroom is approximately a 1000 sq. ft. unit with a separate private bedroom that sleeps 4 people - between the standard king-size bed in the bedroom and another standard queen-size sofa bed that acts as the second bed in the living room. To accommodate the 5th, you may rent a rollaway bed that can be brought into the room upon request for an additional $60 for the rollaway bed and/or crib per night or a maximum of $200 + tax each (if renting for 5 nights or more).
With this information given, please put into consideration the space that you would be occupying considering how many people you choose to join your party.

The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value - access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pool access, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value - spa entry only - other services are additional).

HOTEL POLICY (Effective 1st October, 2024): A credit/debit card is required at check-in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day(per suite) in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply.

3.) A full reimbursement for damages caused by cancellations of future guests due to the property not being ready on time.

DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $200 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $95/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $205.
There is a one-time compulsory fee of $16.52, plus tax that will be applied prior to check out.

Truvi Verification & Late Check-Out Policy
We require all guests to complete the Truvi verification process. Truvi is a trusted guest-screening platform that verifies identities and provides additional protection throughout your stay.
As part of our policy, guests must choose between the following for damage coverage:
Damage Deposit: A 2% fee of the $500 deposit.
Damage Waiver: $35 per booking for $500 coverage.
Additionally, a $150 late check-out fee is pre-authorized in your credit card. If you check out on time, the pre-authorization will expire automatically within 7 days with no charges applied.
***PLEASE! Keep in mind when booking our suites that all of our rooms are operated by the hotel. We are only handling your reservation of the room we don’t operate any of our suites in terms of housekeeping, check in time, room maintenance and any other issues that may arise during your stay. This is entirely the hotels responsibility.
We are a booking intermediary. Once you check into the hotel they are in control of all the operations. We have absolutely no control over any issues that you may experience if any. If there are any issues you may speak with the hotel and they will assist. Thank you for your understanding and acknowledgment prior to booking.**
Note that regardless of being able to send a request or inquiry, weekends might require 3 or 4 nights minimum, at certain times we can accommodate less nights, but it is at this account's discretion. Holidays will require a certain number of nights minimum stay depending on the holiday.
Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended for all our guests.

*IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES**
1) OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Occupants in the unit cannot exceed what is reflected in the booking. Any unregistered guests not disclosed before check-in will incur a charge of $50 per night / per guest.
2) AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be 21 years or older.
3) RESPECTFUL LIVING: Kindly be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with young children or in need of rest. Any guests found violating noise regulations will be asked to leave. Additionally, any form of violence, fighting, or domestic abuse will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
4) SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
5) PARTIES are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
6) PETS are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule will incur a fine of $300.
7) LEFTOVERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Properly dispose all your food waste to the garbage bag provided. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge of $50.
8) PROPER SINK/TOILET USAGE: Please refrain from disposing of any food/items in the sink/toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Utilize the provided waste receptacles for other materials. Any guest causing damage to the plumbing system will be responsible for repair costs.
9) LEAVE THE HOME HOW YOU RECEIVED IT. We ask that you treat this home with the same love and care as you would treat your own. Please note that moving of furniture is strictly prohibited.
10) KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. It can get hot if you don't leave the doors closed, and the A/C has to work triple its time.
Reporting Issues: Should any maintenance or other problems arise, promptly inform us so that we can address the issue immediately.
