Welcome to our Aspen Willow Casita! Come kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the beautiful Brasada Ranch Resort. The two bedroom home can sleep up to four people.

𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:
There is a mandatory resort charge applicable per person, per night, for all adult guests. Children 5 years and younger are not included in the guest count and are exempt from this fee.
These fees will be collected by us separately before your stay, even if you choose not to use the resort amenities.
Once we calculate the total resort fee, we will send you a separate request for payment, which will include a 10% payment processing fee.

• May 13 - Sep 30 = $65 / person / night
• Oct 01 - Dec 31 = $36 / person / night

4 guests x 2 nights x $36 seasonal rate = $288 resort fee

If you're booking July 4-6 or Aug 30-31, please note that guests will not have access to the athletic club and pools, and no resort fees will be charged for these dates.

This guesthouse has mountain views out multiple windows and comes fully stocked with all the features you'd expect to have for a luxury stay. Close proximity to Smith Rock, mountain biking/hiking trails, Bend breweries and restaurants, and much more.

The home comes with a fully stocked kitchen (spices not included) featuring professional stainless steel appliances perfect for groups and entertaining. Special amenities include high speed wifi, Internet connected smart tv's in living room and gas fireplace.

You'll have access to our cabin and a wide range of amenities at Brasada Ranch!

RESORT AMENITIES:
You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air Peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees).
Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.

*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)
*Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.

• The restaurant, athletic center, general store, and pool area are located 1.5 miles from this property.
• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.
• Cascade Pool is available for guests, as well as 24/7 access to the gym.
• While we strive to maintain a pet-free environment for this home, we cannot guarantee that pets have not been in the home, as we do adhere to rules regarding service animals.
• For your safety and comfort, fire pits are currently prohibited on the property, as per Brasada's guidelines.


𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒
*Please follow these house rules. If our team notices these have not been followed you could be liable and subject to a fee.

• No shoes allowed in the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
• Please keep food in kitchen area. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room.
• Please keep all children’s art supplies and krafts away from upholstery and carpet. No coloring or art and crafts in the bedrooms or living room.
• Children 5 years and younger must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
• No smoking of any product inside the home or within 20ft of the exterior of the home and please pick up after yourself around the property.
• When using the BBQ please pull it away from house and ensure a 3 foot clearance around all sides.
• Please pick up all trash (inside and out) upon check out and place it in the trash and/or recycling bins.
• If you move furniture or decor items please put them back in their original place.
• We understand accidents happen, if something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us so we don’t stumble upon something when we come in after your stay.
• Please double check for personal belongings before departure. If items are left and you’d like us to mail them we require payment prior to shipping. Our team is available via chat/phone/email for any questions that you might have. Please don't hesitate to reach out. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
