Brand new, waterfront home located on a canal that leads to Lake Kerr. Enjoy the tranquility of the Ocala National Forest while staying in the comfort of this beautifully decorated home. Can also rent the house next door to accommodate up to 22 guests! Listing # 2210966 Everything you need for a great get together with family and friends. Conveniently located near several springs, ATV trails and hiking trails as well.
Boat launch/rentals available at Salt Springs Marina with access to Lake George and St. Johns River for world class bass fishing. Tons of ATV and dirt bike trails abound. Property is 1 mile from forest ATV trailhead. Florida Scenic hiking trail within 1 mile. Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths with spacious living room with smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking for the whole gang! Ample dining room seating. Backyard with water and forest views as well as volleyball and badminton net. Propane grill in backyard. Come and meet Marley and Olivia (Ollie) my potbellied pigs! Sit around the fire pit, roast marshmallows and view the beautiful night stars! 3 complimentary Kayaks available for use as well as fishing rods and tackle. Dock is available for use for boats able to navigate the canal. Boat launch for Lake Kerr 1 mile away. Lake Kerr is great for fishing, boating and swimming! Salt Springs is 10 min away with restaurants, bars, marina, parks, fishing bait and supplies as well as sporting goods for boating and hunting. 30 min from Silver Springs State Park. House is non-smoking but may responsibly smoke outside.

QUIET TIME 10PM TO 7AM, STRICTLY ENFORCED. MUSIC MUST BE KEPT AT REASONABLE LEVEL.

NO ATV RIDING IN NEIGHBORHOOD EXCEPT TO AND FROM THE ATV TRAILS.

NO FIREARM USE ON PROPERTY.

Great getaway location

We had a wonderful time here. The host was very responsive to any communication, the property was as described, and everything was very clean. The pigs are cute too.

40th Anniversary

We travel alot and have stayed in rental home of up to 12 room homes, when I tell you none of the mansions we’ve rented before have been as clean, as equipped and accommodating as this place. We will definitely be back. The host is wonderful and there is a lot to do on the property.

Clean and Comfy!

This property is very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It is in a nice little neighborhood that is close to Salt Springs. Everything you need is in the home to make your stay a good one. The back yard is on a nice little cove and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Excellent communication from the owners as well. We had a nice time and will return.

Wonderful stay!

It was very clean. The house has everything you need. I loved the fire pit and that there was firewood available for our use. Tuns of towels, blankets and toiletries. Loved the swings on trees and that it was incredibly quiet and peaceful! Host was very nice and answered promptly and was very helpful

Spring hopping

11 of us stayed and we all loved it! House is super cute and clean- and perfect location to both springs and some cool local bars. We will definitely stay again!

Young Adult Christmas Retreat

Very accommodating for our Young Adult Church Group! The house was decorated for Christmas, very clean, and looked just like the photos! We had a group of about 20 young adults stay on property in tents for our Christmas Camping Retreat while the leadership team and family stayed comfortably inside. It truly was a wonderful experience. We took the boat and kayaks out, enjoyed the campfire, and had enough space to engage in leadership activities, sports, and games! The boats and volleyball net was pre-set up for us, and we enjoyed our visits with the pigs! The owner of the property was very accommodating and informative. She communicated very well and did not hesitate to offer assistance when needed. Very pleased, and definitely look forward to coming back again! 5 stars from our entire group! May God Bless this home and property!

Mini Vacay with Family in the country on the lake

My husband, Myself and 2 of our adult children and their spouses and our 16 year old rented this place for the 4th of July weekend. Super cute & cozy place right on the canal that leads into Lake Kerr which is one of the best lakes in the area. It was very quiet, clean, Ms. Kathy has everything here you could possibly need to cook with etc., and no one bothers you.Our stay was shortened due to our place of business catching fire but the time we were able to spend here we had a blast. We brought our pontoon boat, jet skis and Jon boat. My son and son in laws fished the entire time we were there.(Brand new sock with benches makes it nice to fish off doc or just sit out there and have coffee or take family pictures. We had a fire in the fire pit and made smores, grilled steak kabobs on the grill and even got to do fireworks. If you're looking for a place in the country on the water, this is your place. We will defiantly be back. Kathy was amazing and very friendly & responds super quick! We enjoyed the piggies as well. This lake has an island that the locals hang out at and the water is crystal clear and beautiful. There is a public boat ramp about 5 min down the road so if you have family and friends that want to come to lake and meet at island they could use the public boat ramp to put in. If you're looking for a beautiful , quiet place in the country on a lake this is it.
