This property is divided into two completely separate and private villas, Casa Encanto being one of the villas, the only one with the private pool. it is newly upgraded and freshly painted both indoors and outdoors. Tiled floors throughout, Dining area, Living Room and 2 car garage - very private. Modern Kitchenette has stainless steel appliances. House fits up to 6 people. Laundry service is available. My First Experience

I’ve had positive experiences with VRBO in the past. This is my first negative experience. Unfortunately, VRBO — with recent boom of owner- owned properties — has not been able to establish full quality control. This property is not advertised accurately and just wasn’t clean. Simply put, it not appropriate for a family. I’d clearly explained that I needed an extra bed and that all my children were 18 or over—the host put an IKEA crib. One of my children is a type 1 diabetic and allergic to cats —- cat urine, or what the host later explained was due to rainfall permeated the entire rental. There were also huge roaches, one pictured here. Finally. My husband had to book a stay — last minute— at a San Juan Hotel. Jessica and Oscar promised a refund and it never came and they did not respond to my texts and correspondence. I am out a few thousand dollars and heartbroken. I hope the owners and VRBO fix this situation and not subject another family to this type of experience.

Disappointed

The home advertise 3 bedroom but only 2 are available, the third room has someone living there. I was never informed that the room was occupied. It ruin my vacation vibe because it was supposed to be 6 of us staying there so three left to family members to stay with. I was charged fir third bedroom, the fridge was not clean and the smell of mode was strong. Brought candles to kill the smell. Photis available.

Beautiful property

First and foremost the hosts were great communication was perfect. Nice and cozy house with everything you needed. Closes to differs locations. The pool was a dream. I would definitely recommend if you want to stay off the city but be nearby everything!!! Thank you for everything!!!

Annual Family Vacation

Our stay at The Encanto was just that… A True Delight! Home is at the very beginning of the “suburbs” At first a bit confusing to find but once you find the Universidad & say 199… an Uber will find it asap… Was a little disappointed at not having a stove, so I had to budget the Uber Eats. But that Beautiful pool made up for it! Listening to the coqui every night and drinking my cafe every morning by the pool was my absolute favorite thing to do… Thank you!

Great until the last day

The house itself is situated in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house was clean, and everything was listed in the description. The pool was very clean and it was nice to be able to use it after a long day. Check-in was fairly simple. They also had internet, but it was a little spotty. We were still able to do what we needed to do though. We only had one issue as we lost water on our last day there. The host said it would be back on shortly, but it was off for almost 24 hours until it was time for us to check-out. We weren't able to use the pool, shower, cook (due to needing to wash dishes) and not able to flush toilets. Needless to say, our last day was not a great experience. I still gave 4 stars though because overall it was a nice house, but I think the host should let potential renters know that there is a possibility of losing water for an extended period of time.

A must stay in San Juan!!!

Casa Encañto was the perfect stay for me and my daughters. It is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood and minutes from the highway. We were leery to choose this home due to the lack of reviews, but it's actually a hidden gem due to being a newer listing, and has amazing, gracious owners. We swimming in the beautiful, lighted pool at night after having busy days all around the island. We enjoyed cooking (they have a stove top, microwave, air fryer, electric skillet, and toaster). The beds are comfortable, and you can control the temperature in each room. When we come back to Puerto Rico, this will be the place that we book again (this was our 1st visit, and Jessica provided lots of tips and suggestions for us).
