What makes this property unique

Our cozy home located downtown Boyne City and on Lake Charlevoix gives you and your guest the opportunity to see why so many people love our little town. The Boyne River runs by our home and the dock gives you access to take a dip (with recommended water shoes on!) or take out one of our canoes or kayaks. Enjoy one of our many festivals or our Friday night Stroll the Streets (Summers) not to mention our many great restaurants and stores.
