Paso Robles Wine Country - Historic Home with Pool & Hot Tub
Historic colony home on three levels with a weekly serviced pool and hot tub, a landscaped backyard and a front porch. A mature oak tree provides shade in the backyard during those warm summer days and we offer several outdoor sitting and lounging areas. Many restaurants, bars, shops, a zoo, playgrounds and Lake Atascadero can be reached within minutes. The house is in close proximity to Paso Robles, Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo and countless vineyards. This is one of the few historic colony houses in Atascadero. The main level has a dining room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, office area and bedroom. The upper level has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a "secret room" (a small play area). In the basement is a family room with a large sofa and TV and access to the backyard as well as a bedroom. We offer a total of four Roku TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for some fun cooking adventures. The garage has a pool table, sofa, and table soccer. A BBQ is available in the backyard.

was comfortable with 3 couples and couple kids. we liked 3 levels to the house so it could be separated and a hot tub which was nice. a nice backyard for dogs to wander around as well. could be a little dated as the breakers broke b/c we were running heaters, but otherwise, we enjoyed the many different spaces in case people wanted a little of their own space throughout the day
I really appreciated lots of little touches around the house.
As a family with young kids, the door alarms made having a pool much more relaxing.
The house is classic, a little funky, but very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
