Walking distance to Abbot Kinney Blvd. Enjoy the Cali indoor/outdoor living in the private garden furnished with Outdoor Dining Table, Chairs, Patio lights, Chaise Lounges, Firepit+ BBQ. This private gated garden is a second living room, with outdoor lighting & beautiful landscaping. With a One Car Garage (large vans won’t fit)

You are walking distance to Main street Santa Monica as well as Abbot Kinney- the "hippest street in LA". In addition, Metro bike share is close by as are bus stations. You hardly need a car, but there is a one car garage that fits most cars- but not a van

NOTE: 3rd bedroom can have 2 TWIN BEDS or 1 KING BED; please state your preference after booking so we can accommodate you. This is an upstairs unit, so we appreciate groups who can adhere to quiet hours of 10pm to 9am daily (even weekends). We ask that guests in this unit remove their shoes as noise transfers very easily to the lower unit.
