Centrally located to all the ski resorts and one block off Main Street in Frisco, this wonderful 3 BR 3 BA home is an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants in town. It is conveniently located one block away from the free Summit Stage bus stop, and close to the summit recreation path for cycling, walking and running; as well as trailheads for Mt Royal, Miners Creek Road, the Peaks Trail, Rainbow Lake and North Ten Mile.

Mt Royal Lodge is a cozy and well-equipped retreat! A fully stocked gourmet kitchen makes it easy for guests to prepare meals and dine in if they choose. The spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, and large TV provides a comfortable space for relaxation after a day of outdoor adventures. And with bedrooms spread across two levels, there's plenty of privacy and room for everyone to unwind. The second level is especially inviting with the master suite featuring a king bed, additional twin bed with trundle, and a luxurious private bathroom. Plus, having multiple TVs throughout the lodge ensures that everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or movies. It's the perfect home base for a mountain getaway in Frisco!

We have stayed in Frisco several times and this was by far the nicest rental. Beautifully furnished and equipped, extremely clean and perfectly located. Would definitely use it again!

Frisco Home - Amazing!

The house was very clean, kitchen stocked, plenty of towels, comfy beds, amazing hot tub, and the location is so convenient for skiing and shopping on Main Street. We were very happy with our stay!

This home has everything you need

I enjoyed everything this property had to offer. The home was well stocked, the check-in process was easy, and the location to Main St was perfect. Plan to stay again next summer.

We enjoyed our place as it felt like home. It was within distance of walking to town and bike/hiking trails were a few blocks away.

Frisco Ski Trip 2025

Location and property was described exactly as is in person. Perfect place for three couples and also families if need be. The place was awesome until the last morning. Apparently, the house has a hard wired security system with the fire alarms hard wired too. We made breakfast and had some smoke from cooking. It set the alarm off and we couldn't turn it off. You needed a code to reset. We called the emergency number, was told "Hmm" which wasn't comforting. They said they would check and call me back. They never called me back. The fire department showed up since the system triggered the alarm to them. They didn't have the code either nor would the alarm company give it to them. You would think if you had this type of system in the house you should provide a code to your guests for this type of situation. This could happen to anyone who might cook at the house. Other then that, the place was great.

Great home in the heart of Frisco

Everything was exactly as described in this home. It came equipped with a ready to go hot tub, lots of extra pillows, fire place, great beds with down comforters, very well stocked kitchen, and very nice decor! Location is perfect if you want to be near downtown, and the double car garage was perfect for our stay!

Roomy home

Loved that every one had their own space. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to make it walkable to Main Street. The yard is partially fenced but tiny, the kids are not able to stay and play in a fenced area. No satellite service and only one television. These are the only reasons I did not give 5 stars for me. But overall a lovely and comfortable home. Loved it and we had a great stay!

Ski lodging

We were three couples. The house was spacious and very comfortable for lounging, cooking, dining and relaxing after skiing. It’s great for walk to dining and shopping in Frisco. Easy drive to skiing at Copper mtn, Vail, Beaver Creek or Breckenridge. The heated 2 car garage was a great feature. We did not use the hot tub but it would have been very easy and convenient. If we were in the area again we would definitely book it again.

Awesome Location, Fantastic Property

I have stayed in ALOT of VRBO properties and this was one of the best! Stocked to the hilt for anything you would need; tons of storage in the kitchen (we were only there two night but will come back with kids to ski for a week and having cabinet space in the kitchen for your own food is awesome!). Location and access to Main St in Frisco is great. The "tech" in the house (wifi, tv, sonos, etc.) was very easy to access and use. Instructions on getting to, into and exiting the property also well done! Top to bottom great experience.

We really wish there was a Bluetooth speaker available. The only speaker requires an app download and monthly subscription. Even after following all the instructions, we still could not figure out how to use it.
