This house is ideal for 11 or less people. But it can squeeze 12-13. Great property managers and would recommend this place for vacationers to Redwoods.
We loved this property. The kitchen had lots of supplies. The forest around the home was beautiful. It was a great location and very clean. Would totally stay again!
Great house in a great location. Surrounded by forrest and very quiet. ENORMOUS stumps in the yard evidencing the giant trees that once stood here. Kids found wild berries and slugs out there as well. We found the house to be extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your cabin in the woods with us!
This property is exactly as pictured and described. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. Lots of towels and beach items provided, which was handy. The washer/dryer was a plus. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. It is very quiet in the area with a great view of trees and stumps that showcase the amazing Redwoods. We highly recommend.
It was simple and comfortable. The back yard had a fire pit, the washer and dryer were great. Beautiful redwood forest setting and close to town.
Thank you so much!
I feel like the pictures of the house and property, undersold it! I was skeptical as there were no reviews. Was pleasantly surprised by the property, lots of stumps to climb and play around! The trees were beautiful! The home was immaculate and had all the needed supplies, I feel like it may be a new propert, because there were not many spices or other things that people leave behind. We left a spice to start the collection! We are very happy with our choice! It was great, definitely will rent again!

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
the accommodations were perfect for 3 adults and 4 children
The firepit was an amazing hit for making smores, and the grounds were just the ticket for the 4 children to explore and collect "treasures." There was ample room in the home for all 7 of us to live comfortably. The instructions on caring for the home and what to do on departure were clear and easy to accomplish.
The house was also outfitted well, with all the cooking and dining equipment a group our size could need (except we never could find a can opener. It was probably somewhere very obvious).
Compared to other vacation rentals we've stayed in, this one could use a good deep cleaning. While the surfaces were clean, as were the beds and bathrooms, there were some pretty healthy cobwebs on the screens, dirt-stained woodwork, and dusty cupboards inside. Maybe there just hasn't been time to do those things in a busy rental season.
Also, one burner on the cooking range didn't work at all and another was so slanted it was unsafe to use. Lola seemed surprised to hear about that, so maybe that's a new issue. The king bed is VERY soft!
I also, for the first time ever, struggled with how to unlock and relock the front door. Lola is a property manager.
