Profitez du lever du soleil sur la plage et regarder les dauphins jouer dans les vagues du matin. Dans l'après-midi, le coucher du soleil sur toute l'île à partir de votre balcon au 9ème étage.

La chambre dispose d'un lit queen avec un nouveau matelas à oreiller ferme recouverte de draps en coton égyptien. Le lit est légèrement surélevé pour sous le lit de stockage de bagages. Dans le salon, profiter d'un canapé-lit, un futon Queen et un futon. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée.

*** Remodel Mars 2014- L'unité entière a été peinte; plafond et les murs. 5 nouvelles appliques murales ont été ajoutés à la salle de séjour et chambre à coucher et la lumière de la cuisine a été mis à niveau. Le mobilier des chambres a été remplacé avec mobilier de plage de sable blanc. Il semble merveilleux et sent bon.

Note: Depuis 04/20/20156, Patricia Chapa, mon gestionnaire immobilier se déplace au Japon avec sa famille. Son mari prend une position là-bas et nous sommes très heureux pour elle. Cathy Ramos reprend pour Patricia et nous savons qu'elle fera un excellent travail aussi. L'adresse postale pour les dépôts sera en train de changer, si bien que chercher un email avec la nouvelle adresse. J'espère que cela ne cause pas trop de confusion.

2025 Vacay

Really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked well and the bed was comfortable. The listing needs to be updated as it still talked about Covid restrictions. The dryer on our floor has been out of order since last summer so had to travel to other floors to do the laundry. Some floors don’t even have a washer or dryer. The hot tub on the north side wasn’t very warm and the picture on the listing is not accurate. But all in all was a good vacay. We would consider staying there again.

Can’t Beat The View

Can’t beat the view of this property. Could use a fresh coat of paint but overall it was ok. The bath needs to be updated, especially the sink cabinet. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hosts food recommendations were awesome.

Amazing Again

Another vacation has come and gone and yet again everything was perfect. The high tides put a bit of a damper on us spending much time on the beach but we found plenty of other activities to make this trip a memorable one. Probably the most fun we had on the trip was a new business called Sand Monsters on the north end of the island. We got to drive ATVs out in the dunes and even on a race track. It was so much fun we did it twice. Now is the hard part of waiting the 6 months till we return.

Great Beach View!

My husband and I stayed here last minute due to our Cancun trip (for our 20th anniversary) being cancelled due to a hurricane. The condo was cute, well equipped for our needs and the view was breath-taking!! The only issues we had were with the complex/building as they only had one operating elevator (the other was broke) and since this condo was on the 9th floor that made things a bit frustrating and there was NO restroom at the pool which was on the 3rd level which was quite strange. Then on our last day, the building lost power at 6:30am but thankfully they had a generator to run the elevator so that we could check out on time. We would definitely return as the building issues weren't the hosts fault.

most amazing balcony ever

Love the property and the security that comes with it. Very well lit for those walks home from the Wana Wana which is not far. Pools and hot tubs amazing. Staff is exceptional

Beautiful Views

My wife and I stayed at the end of August and the Beache & location was awesome. The beaches, condo and town were everything and more of what we expected - definitely going to go back. For only being a one bedroom the Condo has a great layout which provides plenty of room for a mid-size family or a couple couples. Would recommend this location to anyone!!

Sea Vacation

The Island is a beautiful way to watch sun rises and sunsets. This particular condo building had elevator issues ,with both elevators, but thankful not at the same time. That being said ,the staff was nice and the whole vacation was very relaxing. .

Nice Condo

The actual Condo was very nice and provided a great view and home base for our vacation on the island. Owner was very quick to take care of issues and change out towels when needed. The building is still struggling with maintenance, this was our second year in a row where one of the elevators was out of service for the our entire stay there and this lead to crowded elevators and long waits.

Much needed relaxing stay

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be. The pictures don't give that view from the balcony justice! The host was wonderful to communicate with, the property was clean and had everything we needed. Honestly, we spent most of the time soaking in the view and the breeze on the balcony. We also did a helicopter tour of the beach at the suggestion of our host and it was incredible, so thank you for that. We couldn't have asked for a better place to get away from it all and just relax.

Very comfortable for a family of four

We have stayed at this complex before, so we knew it was right on the beach, with excellent views and balconies. This particular condo is on the 9th floor, which didn't pose a problem since all the elevators were refurbished and working. One reason I love the Inverness is the ease of parking. You park on the 1st or 2nd floor and have immediate beach access. That makes it so easy to keep all the sandy beach items in the truck and you don't have to haul them up to the room. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off everything before coming up. The condo itself was as described. The decor is pretty plain, but this doesn't bother me at all. The master bed was comfy. The main reason I chose this condo was because it had two separate sleeper sofa beds. My teenage boys each had a bed which was great, and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us in the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig, which I love. (There are both coffee makers: drip and Keurig). There was a hair dryer if you needed and plenty of towels. We had an great time at the beach! We will definitely be staying here again for the double sofa and excellent price.

Another Perfect Vacation

Another trip has come and gone and this time was just as perfect as the others. The condo was amazing with everything we needed to make it feel like our second home and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. I think this is our 3rd time here and this was by far our best time yet. Already booked our next stay and can’t hardly wait for it to arrive.

Nice for a weekend!

Great location! The size of the condo was perfect for just my husband and myself. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular. Easy check-in and the key code entry for front door made coming and going a breeze. Condo was especially well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The only downside is the parking. Though the building has a parking garage, we had trouble with other guests carelessly hogging more than one spot. Where there should have been 3 spaces (lines are clearly painted), only two cars would fit because people can’t, or won’t, park correctly. But, this is absolutely NOT the fault of our host. The condo was perfect for us, and our host provided us a wonderful list of places to eat and things to do. She hit the mark with them all! We will definitely be returning.

Outstanding beach stay

Bright, homey & very comfortable condo. Entire building shows its age and wear from being right on the beach but all appliances work great, shower was great, bed & furniture - indoor & out - all very comfortable. Can't beat the view. We love this spot.

Holiday Vacation in SPI

Condo was as advertised. Great as pet is allowed. Owner responded quickly when we had an issue with dishwasher. If you are considering this condo, would recommend. Just make sure you check-in during when office is open.

Great beach

Wonderful balcony and great beach. Clean and very well equipped and comfortable unit. Some issues with building ( pool closed for repairs, some excess water in parking garage). Owner was friendly and very helpful.

Week at South Padre Island

Our host carol was absolutely amazing. The description of the property was perfect. The condo was right on the beach which made access to and from the beach very easy. The Oceanside deck provided beautiful views and perfect sounds/temperatures. We will definitely be returning.

Still Perfect

This was our 3rd time staying here and have already booked our return trip. The views from the balcony are amazing and we even got to see a couple of dolphins for the first time. It was unbelievable.

Amazing View

We had a great September stay at this property. We appreciate the small details like ice already made and coffee filters available. Everything was easy to manage, clean, and comfortable. The view was breathtaking - especially at sunrise.

We live on South Padre Island full time enjoying the surf and kite boarding. When w4e started coming to SPI, we have lived in this condo in the winter and added the little things that make it more comfortable like a place to hang your keys when you come in the door and extra hooks in the bathroom for wet swim suits. All the paintings have beach themes to add to the island feel too. We live two block away from the condo now so can respond quickly if you need anything during your stay. We can often be seen kiteboarding in front of the condo after work.

South Padre Island has the island feel yet is convenient to get to. Its as far south as you can get in the west. It has the largest balconies on the island. All of them look directly at the water. You can play directly out from your condo and if you drop a penny over the balcony, it will land in the beach sand!

The sunrises and sunsets from the 9th floor are amazing. Being slightly higher and look down, you can see the dolphin in the water that you can't see from the lower floors.
