We had a great experience. Just a short walk to all the Plaza offers. Casa was clean and cozy. All pictures and listing are accurate. Will stay here again.

Terrible
Only 2 burners on stove functioning, microwave broken, several lights burnt out but most importantly porch light. broken steps in front and with broken porch light, hazard. the kitchen had ants. Ant spray under sink, so owners knew. I sent a message and got no reply. expensive cleaning fees and wasnt clean. Needs a deep clean.
Broken step coming into property needs to be fixed. Even though there is tape on it, that's not good enough. Several burnt out lightbulbs. Ran out of hot water during a very reasonable shower. Microwave wobbly. A thorough cleaning is needed. No clock or charging port. No kitchen towel. Dishes not checked for cleanliness. No full-length mirror. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Adequate, but no amenities, bring your own bowls, cooking supplies, or always eat out. No laundry.

This property was just what I needed as I had business near by. It was just as the photos showed. It was clean and reasonably priced for the area. The hot water at night for my shower was short lived and the tub faucet was loose. Both could use some attention but otherwise a pleasant stay.
Really great location just a few minutes walk from the Plaza. It was very nice not to have to get in our car to find restaurants. The property was clean and well equipped and the photographs were accurate. We would stay there again.
The signage for the casita was incorrect, therefore we had to wait until we could get a callback before finding the unit.
The unit was dark and crammed in the back of the property along with another unit which shared a tiny patio with a small access point.
A tiny window unit was the only ac, it being in the tiny living area and not in the tiny bedroom. The
The casita was charming and perfectly located for walking to The Plaza and to local eating establishments. The layout, furnishings and quiet charm made this one of our all time favorite rentals.
My only negative comment is that the description listed a king size bed. We were looking forward to a kidless weekend in an extra big bed to relax. The bed was not a king size bed as advertised.
Otherwise, everything else was fine for the two of us. It was clean, plenty of towels and pillows. The welcome basket was a nice gift. The unit was easy to walk into to downtown for dinner, drinks and shopping.
Casita Sueno is a quaint, quiet retreat within a 10 minute walk from the Plaza. The management is easy to work with and are in contact with you during your stay. Highly recommend.
The casita is perfectly described and the photos are accurate. If you do stay hear and plan to make your own meals (bring your own spices, condiments and coffee, etc)
I visit Santa Fe annually and this spot will be on the top of my list!
Great location! Far enough off the square to be quiet, close enough for easy access! Short walk to the Georgia O’Keeffe, the Square and Tomasita’s! At least two excellent bakeries a block away. Casa Sueño is a comfortable and compact adobe. Well furnished and efficient. Got to love those yellow tiles in the bath!!
Communication was very precise and the location made for easy walks to the plaza center. The casita was perfect for me and my daughter. We will return! The price was perfect for what was offered. Thank you for the suggestions to local business, we went to several of them.
