The Villa is newly remodeled duplex, modern high end appliances, luxurious furnishing and the patio glass doors allows maximum natural light inside the villa.
Twin villas that features a total of 2 generous size bedrooms, 2 queen and 1 full bd, 2 full baths, new kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer and a large shared back yard, pool and dock.
Right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale with a yard that has it all. Private outdoor seating, BBQ, sun chairs,, kayaks and paddle boards to flow around the canals and bikes to stroll around the neighborhood you will never feel bored in our fantastic villas.
Safe, serene and beautiful neighborhood. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, streaming TV, washer & dryer for convenience.
The beach and famous Las Olas Blvd and Wilton Dr is minutes away for the perfect tropical vacation.
Only a couple blocks from restaurants, bars, 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes to Miami Beach.

Wonderful winter retreat

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks and was overall pleased with the stay. Rudy, the property manager, was very receptive and compliant with our needs, just a text or phone call away!! Some aspects need updated inside, which he acknowledged, but none of those things were a detriment to our stay!! The swimming pool is heated and my husband really loved fishing off of the dock behind the house!! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and not once did I feel unsafe walking outside in the area. We would not hesitate renting this property again at a future visit!!

Wasn’t clean. Listing is inaccurate.

Pool had garbage in it. The garbage wasn’t removed from the kitchen. There was only one kayak. The place was extremely dirty. I called Rudy three times. None of the grills worked. Outdoor umbrellas were broken.

Wilton manors waterfront house

La maison est très spacieuse. La literie est confortable. L’emplacement est idéal pour aller à la mer, faire ses courses…Rudy, l’hôte est très gentil et très réactif. Nous allons y retourner en février !

Not a bad place but could use some work

We enjoyed our stay. Having the pool was very nice, and we liked being right on the waterway. We also liked the good communication from the property manager and the easy checkin process. The place was a lot more run down than the picture portray. It also was quite dirty. That is the main reason for the ok review. The place could be a lot nicer if it was cleaned well and better maintained.

The perfect family stay!

This property had everything that my family needed. There were a few kinks (indoor locks not working, no curtains on the back window, ice maker not working etc.) but nothing so big that it took away from the beauty of the property. The pool was a wonderful amenity as well as all of the furniture. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

An OK stay

As a wheelchair user I booked this stay with little expectations for accessibility. Yet, I found myself pleasantly surprised by several features of the home including the seamless threshold at the front door & the width of the bathroom doors - which were adequate as described by the host in an inquiry I made beforehand. We were all, however, deeply disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit. I requested an early check-in due to a 6hr window between our arrival & the check-in time. However, the host informed me that he was unable to honor my request because "the cleaners" needed sufficient time to prepare the unit for our stay. There were golf ball sized dustballs in nearly all four corners of the bedrooms, doorways, and multiple surfaces. It seemed like this place hadn't been deep cleaned in MONTHS. Again, huge disappointment becausw apart from this there really wasn't much to complain about. Overall, the host seems friendly and ammenable to making guests as reasonably comfortable, and it's a great stay for the $$, neighborhood & location. But, if you're looking for a thoroughly cleaned stay, be ware.

Beautiful property!!!

I came here with family and i think this was a great place to stay, plenty of food places near by and shops as well. It was also such a short ride to the beach, which is so breath taking, 8-10 mins!!!! During our stay i believe there wasn’t a family next to us so we had the pool all to ourselves which was nice, its got a nice view overlooking the bay/river i’m not sure. Overall, i would record this place.

The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! We did enjoy the pool! The place overall was a beautiful place and the neighborhood was great! We felt very safe and welcomed! I’d definitely stay here again! I’m coming back!!!!

could be better

Contact with the host is good. big and spacious house like in the photos. However, details bothered me: the cleaning was not good, the refrigerator and other appliances were very dirty. the bathroom smelled very strongly of urine. I needed to buy a product to wash it. One of the rooms has a glass door and no curtains. The room was very bright and my baby couldn't sleep until later. just details that could be avoided.

Really nice surprise!

The duplex was quaint and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was updated and the general condition of the unit was excellent. The pool was immaculate and well maintained. The pool deck and wooden deck closer to the canal can use some minor repairs but it did not affect our use in any way. I would definitely book this place again.

Pre-Cruise vacation

Property is serviceable and neat enough for our group to return again. We did not get a chance to try the pool due to the rather cool weather and spent most of our time eating out at nearby restaurants.

Great Stay

Oh man do I miss the Iguana !!!!, it was such a treat for our family. It is a great location, just an hour drive to Miami and the property was very clean and cared for. Plus the Ft Lauderdale beach is just a couple of minutes away. Great place for families.

A little slice of zen + stellar communication

Rudy's property located on the canals is a wonderful escape from every day living. You can wake in the morning and dive right into the inviting pool and jump right in the kayaks to explore the inter-coastal. A wonderful added bonus to our stay! The large dining room and outdoor dining table was perfect for our group to celebrate a New Years brunch. There's also a cute private area out front with a table for coffee, dining or chats. One bedroom has 2 beds (a Queen and a full) and one larger room with a Queen. All were extremely comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms is such a gift! It really makes a difference with a group. While the house is fantastic, Rudy's communication and willingness to work with us on requests was what really stood out. It was EXQUISITE! Truly above and beyond. To note, you do share the pool and deck with 1 other unit. We had a family from London next door for only 2 nights of our stay, which to 5 guys we worried for a moment, but really only crossed paths with them once and we all struck up great conversation. So really wasn't a bother. Booking both units would be a dream! We had some pretty bad weather for a few days, so we piled on the couch and watched movies. Even with the weather, we still had an absolutely stellar time. It even sparked a relationship! Being on the canals really makes your stay an experience rather than just another stay. Rudy is icing on the cake. I've already recommended the property to several friends. Will definitely return.

Short but not sweet

I chose the villa b/ c it had laundry facilities in the unit. I even inquired the day before arrival regarding the machines. However the dryer did not work. Rudy called repair man but a new unit was ordered to be delivered after my stay. No compension was offered. Only the address of laundromat. Also one bed had no sheets on it.
