Free flowing open air Villa design with two buildings surrounding a large pool, Jacuzzi and deck - ideal for golfers, sun seekers and sports enthusiasts or people looking to just relax in a very private setting -- perfectly located in the heart of Casa de Campo. English speaking maid prepares both breakfast and lunch daily (renter provides food). She also does your personal laundry daily as part of our service. Free high speed WiFi.

Decorated in fashionable Dominican Island Style with an American touch. Luxury kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances as well as a complete entertainment area (large flat screen TV, full electronics, Smart TV for streaming or on-line movie viewing, billiard table). TV also located in Master Suite pavilion.

Four separate and complete Bedroom Suites with King or twin double beds as well as a fifth large bedroom with a Queen. Each suite / bedroom has its own private full bath. Perfect for 4 couples, 4 - 6 golf buddies or two families with kids.

Outdoor dining and pool deck surrounded by palm trees for extra privacy. Large indoor salon and entertaining area, including the dining area with table that expands to comfortably accommodate 14 adults.

Salon and dinning area overlook and open to the pool deck. Two minute walk on the path to the beach, five minute golf cart ride to Teeth of the Dog or Links golf courses and ten minute golf cart ride to the Marina and its award winning restaurants. Complete access to all Resort facilities and a well stocked grocery / liquor store.

Full time English speaking /bi-lingual maid And a pool man (he understands English, adequate spoken English) on staff 8 - 9 hours each day. Both insure pampered care, daily personal laundry, gardening, pool care etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service, with dinner service available at additional cost. Full maid's quarters with private bath and separate kitchen for staff use away from basic Villa kitchen. Estela will also stay and babysit if you so desire (additional cost paid to her)

This Villa is completely stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation -- linens, towels, soap, detergent and kitchen utensils. Renters are responsible for their own food and beverage.

The Villa is totally 'turn key' for our family and it will be totally 'turn key' for your family or golf buddies. Whether you want to be on the go from dawn to dusk with all the Resort facilities or just kicking back with an 'Island Drink' sitting around the pool or lounging at the beach, this is the ideal place.

After 29 years we never have seen or heard of a person walking away and saying they wouldn't come back to our Villa in a heart beat --- and many do come back quite regularly.

Spectacular and so close to beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Los Lagos Villa in Casa de Campo. The host, Doug, was so great at communicating all the details and responsive to email while we were there. The house is super charming, well maintained, clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool! We brought their floaties and that worked out perfectly. Minitas beach was so very close. My husband and I jogged to the beach the first day, thinking it would be a good little workout. It was so close we barely broke a sweat. Minitas beach was perfect for little kids: So calm, clean, and safe. Estela was kind and kept the home clean and organized. We didn’t have her cook much, but she did do our laundry during our stay which was a huge help. The community is very safe. Everyone had a great time. We hope to book this home again!

Fabulous location in a spacious house

From the booking, Doug was responsive and extremely helpful. We really appreciated the golf cart that came with the rental. Our children loved the pool and the floats were an added bonus. The hot tub was actually HOT, which we have not experienced in other houses here. We highly recommend this house and can't wait to go back.

Fabulous location and beautiful home

Our family just returned from a week long stay at Doug's home. Everything is exactly as described. Perfect location within the Casa de Campo resort. We felt spoiled by Estela's meals. Doug was great to communicate with. House was beautiful. We would absolutely return again!

Great Christmas in the DR

We had a fabulous time! The house was perfect for our family as there are lots of seating areas both covered and uncovered. The location was perfect, as we could walk to the beach club. Estela, who took care of the house and cooked our breakfast and lunch was fantastic! She was extremely flexible on times, as they changed every day. Jhonny kept the grounds and pool looking good and was available to answer our questions about the house. Our house, Doug, the host, was so helpful and responsive and made the trip really easy. We'll be back!

Well situated in the heart of Casa de Campo

This trip was our fourth to Casa de Campo and we have rented different houses each time. We knew the general area of this villa and for us it seems to be the most convenient location if you plan to spend the majority of your time on the beach or at the main resort pool. There was truth in advertising on this listing as it was walkable to the beach if you wanted but house does come with one golf cart. Estela is a relatively new housekeeper/cook for this property but not new to Casa de Campo and she was very sweet and took good care of us.

Beautiful Bohío style villa in Casa de Campo

This villa has it all. Great set up, pool and jacuzzi with plenty of privacy. The crown jewel is Anna who is really the best kept secret here. Entry to the complex was relatively easy and once I got a hang of how to get to the villa all was great. Went to Minitas Beach and was not impressed by the wait staff at the beach who seemed surly and not accommodating to our group. Certainly not a reflection of the villa though. We left after one drink to go to Bayahibe beach which was much nicer and had great fish at the local restaurants. Will definitely recommend this villa for large groups.

Paradise at Casa de Campo

Our visit was fabulous, there were 10 of us all family. The home was absolutely fantastic with the outdoor living and the pool and spa. The landscaping was beautiful and at night it was breath taking. Ana was amazing, she prepared the best breakfast and lunches and kept everything washed and cleaned. Johnny kept the outside and pool area cleaned and he was great also. We had golf carts to travel to the grocery store, restaurants and beach. We also took a boat to Catalina Island that is a must, it is beautiful white sand and blue clear water. You will need to go to SBG for dinner and make reservations. You will thank me later. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and very pleasant. Oh and Ana speaks English and that was a huge plus besides her kindness and her little giggle. This was our first visit and we will definitely return to Los Lagos 106, The Weldon's & Family

Great stay at Los Lagos

Los Lagos at Casa de Campo is a great villa for a multi-family vacation. We were two families, my family with 3 children between 12-17, and my brother-in-law's family with 1 child age 10. In the main house, the 10 and 12 year old shared the bedroom with two twin beds. Our 17 year old had the queen bedroom and our 15 year old had the king bedroom. All three of those bedrooms had bathrooms as well. The house off the pool has two large master bedrooms with king beds and and their own bathrooms. The 1st floor bathroom also had an outdoor shower (in addition to an interior one). The air conditioning in the main house bedrooms was able to get the rooms very comfortable (almost cold) but the design of the two master bedrooms, with wood slat walls that can be closed but are still not the same as real walls, prevented the air conditioning from being as effective, but we were still comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and just general layout and landscaping of the outdoor space were really great and well kept. The location is probably the best part of the villa and cannot be overstated. Casa de Campo is a very large resort and this villa about a block and half away from the beach club makes it very easy and convenient to get to the beach club. The house comes with a golf cart and we drove to the beach, but you could very easily walk there. The staff of the home were wonderful. Ana took wonderful care of us and prepared breakfast and some lunches as well as our laundry/bedding

Fabulous CDC villa

This villa was everything we could have wanted and more. Large and comfortable living space with 5 bedrooms (3 in main villa, 2 in gorgeous poolside villa). A/c in all bedrooms, fans / open-air concept in remainder of villa. Pool area was idyllic - we barely wanted to leave the house, and spent a solid few hours of every day on the patio (plus night swims every night!) There are several board games in a cabinet, and a pool table if looking for in-home entertainment. Location is ideal - very short (included) golf cart ride to the beach, easy ride to the Marina and Altos de Chavon. We rented a car because we wanted to explore the larger area, but you can get away with just the golf cart if staying in CDC. The house staff (Ana and Jonny) were really lovely. Ana made breakfast and lunch for us daily and kept the house running smoothly. Jonny was delightful, on top of the grounds, and went out of his way to be helpful. The kitchen itself has everything necessary - we made dinner at home several times, and had all the equipment we needed. The villa owner was very helpful prior to our arrival, and the local manager was able to pick up some key groceries for us and deliver them so that we had some food in the fridge when we arrived in the late evening the first day. We stayed as a small family of 3 (two tweens, one adult), but could easily have brought 5 more and been comfortable. My kids are already asking when we can return.

Great house for Senior Spring Break!

We spent a fantastic week at Los Lagos 106 with 3 moms and 4 senior girls. The property was perfect for us because the girls could stay in the 2 master suites and the moms all got our own bedrooms/bathrooms in the main house. The pool area is beautiful and we all hung out there every afternoon. We also did the hot tub most evenings. Ana made us fantastic breakfast and lunch most days which was very helpful. She is super sweet and also frequently left us some appetizers to snack on. She always left a platter of fresh fruit as well. The location of the house is fantastic. 3 minutes from the beach and is centrally located. We had 2 golf carts which was perfect for our crowd. Casa de Campo itself is amazing and this was our 3rd spring break here. We cannot recommend the overall property enough and everyone had a fantastic time!

Perfect casa in Casa!

Doug's home was just as advertised, beautiful property with a fabulous pool and hot tub, great ocean breezes, steps to the beach and close to all other amenities. Ana was fantastic, made us wonderful local treats and accommodated my mother in laws gluten allergy with no problem! Johnny kept everything spotless and was responsive with any requests, and Humberto the local manager was great to work with as well. Doug was so communicative and provided loads of information ahead of time, a dream vacation, we will be back!

We were greeted by Anna (maid) when we arrived at the house, she was warm and welcoming. Anna showed us all around the property and directed us on where we could find things. The house,grounds and pool are beautiful, very open and spacious.

Great Villa

We had a wonderful experience in this Villa. We were a family of four and only used two bedrooms, but the villa is large enough to comfortably accommodate two families. The housekeeper, Ana, is fantastic. She is available to make breakfast and lunch every day and made us dinner on our last night, which was delicious. Jhonny is the groundskeeper and he was there every day to open the house and keep the pool free from debris. Both were incredibly nice and made everything effortless. The villa is in a very nice location in the resort, with the beach being easily walkable and always having chairs available. The resort is enormous, so you will need to use the provided golf cart to get to the main hotel (where the spa and fitness center are located), the golf courses, and the marina. It can take 5-20 minutes depending on where you are headed. That said, the restaurants were all very good and worth visiting. And everything felt extremely safe and friendly. All-in-all, the Villa is better than advertised and the pool and grounds are great for hanging out. Highly recommended!

Great location

Perfect size house for our group of 13! Plenty of room, beds, and nice pool. Location close to the beach and restaurants. No AC in common areas, but excellent in bedrooms. Open concept is nice, unless you have 1 1/2 year old running around like crazy. Anna is fantastic! (housekeeper and cook) Very expensive trip. Taxes and fees about 20%, plus tipping. It is what it is. Golf very expensive also. Nice courses, but be ready to pay for it! Overall, very nice place and excellent host!

Villa with great location to beach

We rented this villa for our family vacation of 6 adults and a one year old. We had a great stay at this villa with 5 bedrooms, nice size pool and jacuzzi. It was a 3 minute walk to the beach with all the amenities like chairs, towels, food and bar service. The Villa came with a maid/ cook named Ana. She was very efficient and a very sweet lady. Our baby even warmed up to her very quickly. Ana made breakfast for us on a daily basis and lunch, whatever we wanted to eat. Even fresh juice. We did a major food shopping for the week and took Ana with us to help with the menu. We went to the bigger supermarket. For this we took a cab. There is also a smaller market at the marina. For dinner we would just go out to the marina which had plenty of restaurants to choose from. There was also Altos de Chavon a little further also plenty of restaurants. We did not rent a car but chose to travel in the golf cart included with the Villa but also needed to rent an extra one since they only fit 4. It was easy to rent the extra one. John the pool person was also very nice. This was a perfect choice for our family vacation since we had a baby that needed to nap often. Ana even watched her during her naps so that we could go to the beach.

Great location with AMAZING staff

Villa is conveniently located near the beach club and a short golf cart ride to the marina. The house staff is fantastic and made our stay so comfortable. Spacious, clean and well-stocked villa. We LOVED the outdoor shower. Villa is beautifully designed for open air in the main living spaces, but we kept our bedroom doors closed to keep them cool and mosquito free. Travel tip: bring cash for tipping and some resort activities which are cash only. You will need to pay daily resort fees upon entry for Casa de Campo in addition to your villa rental fee. Casa de Campo concierge was very helpful in booking excursions and dinner reservations - recommend connecting with them via WhatsApp. The transportation service recommended by Doug was convenient and professional. The beach club is fantastic and so convenient - plenty of chairs, towels provided, food and beverage service, clean restrooms and outdoor showers. Resort restaurants are delicious and food/cocktails are very reasonably priced for quality meals. Our day trip to Catalina island was a blast and we recommend the private cave tour. Parties of 5 or more - Doug can help you rent an extra golf cart for the week. Excellent vacation for our family of 6 (children age 15-28).

Great Getaway

Los Lagos 106 is truly a dream spot. The Villa is perfectly located just a few minutes from the beach and a short golf cart ride to the marina. The house is absolutely beautiful but the real stars were the staff. Ana is a precious gem. Her cooking was amazing and her heart and smile makes you feel at home. We were definitely spoiled:) Jhonnie was wonderful. The pool and jacuzzi were spotless and he even went with us to the fish market which was a real treat. Doug, the owner, was very helpful and communicative while planning the stay. I would highly recommend and we plan to visit again soon!

As a family from the Mid-West, now living in the East we searched for years to find the perfect warm weather place for the entire family --- and succeeded with this perfect location in the Resort. Reliably great weather (even January/February), super golf, tennis, boating, trap-shooting, dining etc. and best of all --- wonderfully nice people. Happy and always helpful, we've found Dominicans' to be the nicest people in the entire Caribbean.

I continue to run my own business and find it quite easy to operate from the D.R. with phone and Free High Speed Wireless Internet access through out the Villa. JFK to PUJ or SDQ is 3+hours and the drive to the Villa is about what it takes us to get to JFK from the North Shore of Long Island. Now only :45 minutes from Punta Cana airport on the Coral Highway

Both of our children long out of school now regularly bring their children as well as other couples down every year when we're not all vacationing together.

The setting and the staff as well as the amenities make LL 106 perfect for relaxed entertaining and just plain good fun hanging out together. The place is 'not to be missed'

As noted above, perfect and reliable weather, great golf and other facilities in the resort (including, tennis, scuba, Casa for Kids, horseback riding and much more). Quite easy to reach from East Coast or Midwest, incredibly nice Dominican people and my family loved it at first sight.

We have been coming to Casa and this Villa for 30 years every Christmas holiday as well as other times of the year. Our kids have grown up here and made numerous friends (as have we -- interestingly more non-American's than Americans). The kids and grand children all view this place as home, more than our regular residence in NY

What makes this property unique

I start each day at 7:00 with a short walk to the beach for a swim, typically no one else is there and the water is flat with an off-shore breeze. A drop in the Jacuzzi with coffee follows and the day is then 'planned' with the family. The big question is do we stay in or go out for dinner -- both equally good choices.

Los Lagos 106's central location makes access to golf, the marina, the beach or the hotel very easy and quick -- half the resort is west of 106 and half is east AND we are one house off the road that runs parallel to the shore & Teeth of the Dog. In fact LL 106 is about a 6 iron from our front lawn to the middle of the 4th fairway of the Teeth.

Just a 5 minute drive to fine grocery, wine and spirits stores. Outstanding up-scale shopping at the Marina.

The town of La Romana is only a few miles away. It's very safe, easy to access and the restaurants are very good and affordable.
