Amerai questa nuovissima casa di vacanza su misura di 4.000 piedi quadrati, che si trova su un terreno con vista lago di un acro con terreno forestale tutt'intorno. I panorami sono da tutti i lati della casa e sono davvero mozzafiato. La casa si trova proprio dietro l'angolo dalla parte del Nevada della Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, a soli 5 minuti in salita dagli emozionanti casinò di South Lake Tahoe. Un raffinato ristorante 'The Chart House è anche situato a metà della collina prima dei casinò per quella speciale occasione di ristoro o semplicemente relax informale. Questa casa ha tutto! Un ampio soggiorno è aperto a una cucina gourmet. Questa grande area di intrattenimento aveva anche un tavolo da biliardo, un grande camino a legna e un centro di intrattenimento completo di cavo digitale, audio surround e lettore DVD. Amazing

This is a beautiful place to stay. The surrounding scenery is amazing, and it is a short 5-10 minute drive to numerous trails and ski opportunities. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, the amenities are abundant and the kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and cooking utensils. The cupboards are abundant with mugs, plates and glassware. There were 12 adults that stayed here and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The pool table was well used as was the hot tub and soaking/jacuzzi tub. The best part for me was the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe that I saw as I was busy in the kitchen!

Tahoe Family Trip 2025

Amazing Home with beautiful views of the lake and woods throughout every window! The kitchen is awesome and well stocked with everything you will need. The house is very spacious, we had ages from 0-65, our family loved it. We have been coming to Tahoe for the past 25 years and this year was over the top. The location to the ski resort was a plus for our family of 14. We will defiantly be back next year. Lots of stairs, but it was well worth it.

Peaceful Paradise

From the moment you arrive, you find breathtaking views, beautifully designed and the most perfect setting for a relaxing family weekend. Well stocked kitchen, upscale linens and towels along with comfortable beds. Spacious and quiet! Hot tub overlooks a quiet valley and offers the downtime needed. Great stay

Our family of 14 enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property, the views were beautiful and the atmosphere of the cabin was warm & inviting. There are many stairs to get around but we could all use the exercise :) Communication with the owner was smooth & available for the entire time, we will absolutely book this place for our next Lake Tahoe trip.

40th Birthday

The house was perfect for all our family to celebrate my 40th birthday together! There was plenty of space, the layout was great, amenities fantastic and super easy process. The Christmas tree was the best added touch and we had a weekend full of memories!

60th wedding anniversary family get together

Be prepared for stairs. Other than that the home is perfect. Beautiful rooms and beautiful views from every window. We had ages starting at 35 and four over the age of 75. Even the elderly said the stairs were worth it. No regrets.

Unbelievable !!!

This house is simply beautiful.. the views are breathtaking to say the least. There were 11 of us with plenty of room... note there are quite a bit if stairs ..if your decently in shape there are no issues! The house was clean and very comfy. Note there is a new sectional that was soooo comfy we absolutely loved it. If you are planning to cook the kitchen is well equipped.

Perfect Family Getaway at Perfect Getaway

We had an annual family gathering of 20, aged 9 to 80. 14 slept at Perfect Getaway,6 slept at another nearby VRBO. But we spent our time at Perfect. Wonderful views of the Lake. We had a blast! Lots of family bonding. 7 nice bedrooms with a comfortable bed for all. You spend most of your time in the common area on the top floor. A well-equipped kitchen where we prepared meals for up to 20. A comfortable living area where we watched a lot of Olympics and played family games. And, best of all, a pool table which was in constant use. The only drawback to Perfect Getaway is that it has 4 stories and lots and lots of stairs. You may need to get into shape to stay there! The only way to improve Perfect would be to add an elevator!

What an absolutely great VRBO in the South Tahoe Area.

This is a great VRBO. There is tons of space for our family of 5-7 adults and 2 kids. The top floor was the gathering spot either around the kitchen table, the couch or the wraparound porch, all of which offer views either of the lake or the mountains. The house is high up enough to offer outstanding views but close enough to the attractions of South Lake Tahoe that it doesn't take forever to get there. The bedrooms were plentiful including a unique suite on the ground floor that came in very handy. For those who care about such things, the TV in the living room had subscriptions to both Youtube TV and Hulu, a touch that was very much appreciated. Great WIFI too! The kitchen had everything you need to cook (and we did) as well as an outdoor grill, lots of dishes and glasses, a double oven(!) and of course, the fridge, microwave and toaster oven. If you like hiking, the house is within a 10 minute walk of a handful of trails including Castle Rock and the Kingsbury North section of the TRT. The house itself was very clean and it was obvious that the host cares about the overall experience for their guests. We had to walk about 50 feet down the block to get the magical experience of the sunset over Lake Tahoe. That would just depend on the time of year. There are all kinds of touches you don't see from VRBO descriptions. If you have to a bit of work while you're there, there is an office on the top floor with a desk all ready to go. All in all a great experience!

Tahoe Vacation

We had a wonderful time while in Tahoe and we loved our rental. The place was clean and had great views. Everything was a 100% success. I would rent here again in a second.

Beautiful Mountain Home

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful mountain home! It is off the beaten path (although easily accessible) with beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains and the lake. The home itself is spacious and fully appointed. Our family and friends skied daily from the Stagecoach Lodge lift area, which is just over a mile from the home. I would highly recommend this lovely home to those desiring beautiful views, great skiing and a lovely environment in which to relax!

President's Week Annual Ski Trip

We have been doing this annual trip for many years and this trip was far and above the best that we have had so far. There were several reasons for that, but mainly it was the great snow and a fantastic house. With a group of 14 we never had the feeling that we were all on top of each other. having the variety of bedrooms and sleeping areas was perfect. The house was fantastic for a group this size. The kitchen was great and allowed for several people to be preparing food while still being involved with everything going on in the huge living space. The hottub and the pool table were huge hits. The access to the ski resort was super easy and we only had one day were parking at the resort was a issue. We had several days of new snow and Monte actually had a crew come out and shovel off the decks and driveway. That was great.

Heavenly Ski Trip

The house was great, as advertised. Secluded, but very convenient location. A few minute drive to the Heavenly Nevada lifts and just up the road from South Lake Tahoe downtown. Fit a group of 10 easily. Would book again.

Tahoe Ski Trip

This house is less than a mile from 2 lifts at Heavenly. There were 9 of us staying and it fit us perfectly! Monte was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family place!

We booked this beautiful home to celebrate Christmas & my daughter's family coming home from being stationed (Army family) in So Korea for 2 years! First it was immaculate & had everything we needed- well stocked kitchen, safety gates for my 1 yr old grandchild, fireplace & hot tub. The house is laid out in a way where we never felt like we were on top of each other & we all had our own space! And the views... couldn't begin to describe how stunning this area is! We were also very close to the center of town and Heavenly ski resort. Thank you Monte for sharing your beautiful home, we have wonderful Christmas 2023 memories we will cherish for many years to come!

Great views - Nice house

I love the location of this home. It is close to everything but, in a quit nicer neighborhood. The lake views are nice too. The owner does an outstanding job communicating. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need. I would encourage anyone who rents this home in the winter to have a 4WD vehicle. The roads are well plowed, but there are a couple of steeper sections (nothing too crazy).

One of our fav cabins!

My family loved our stay here! We usually go to Colorado for our annual snowboard trip, so we have seen and experienced lots of other kinds of cabins in the past. This was by far one of the most accommodating and thoughtful hosts we’ve had. Lots of towels, toiletries stocked in each bathroom, wood for fireplace, jacuzzi already warm and ready, easy to follow check in/out instructions posted around the house, REAL Christmas tree with decorations, board games, kitchen essentials, great surround sound speakers, the list goes on. My family of 14 was extremely comfortable here. We will definitely return if we snowboard Heavenly again. This cabin was only 10-15mins from heavenly, such a great location! Thank you so much for offering your home and being great hosts!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for convenience to the venue next door, Tahoe Blue. Perfect location for attending my son’s wedding being held there. We had a group of family and friends stay and it all was perfect. The views are spectacular. The owner was very prompt in answering questions.

We bought this house to truly enjoy the best of Lake Tahoe. I am a custom home builder and we completely rebuilt this home in 2005. We love the beauty of the mountains and the lake and redesigned the home so we could the best of the views in all directions. This home offers a great place for us get together with family and friends on a regular bases.

We have always dreamed of having a home just around the corner from the ski slopes while also having a view of Lake Tahoe. This home is a short distance to the casinos and many great restaurants and shopping. With this house I feel like we get the best of it all. We have a beautiful mountain setting, while being close to all the fun places to go for a change of pace.

I love the beauty of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountain areas. I enjoy time spent with friends and family either skiing, out on the water, or hiking around the lake. We love to sit on the top floor deck and watch the beautiful sunsets, or have a few drinks enjoying the heated spa on its own private deck with stunning views.
