The Space
This home features a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, and a bonus mini-fridge.

The open-concept living space includes soaring, vaulted ceilings, an elegant dining room, and a spacious living room with a comfortable sectional sofa. The entertainment area includes a large smart TV with YouTube Live TV, Netflix, and Disney+ streaming available, a Sonos soundbar, board games, and an electric fireplace for ambiance.

Off the living and dining rooms, sliding glass doors overlook a handsome deck with ample seating, incredible mountain views, and an electric Weber grill.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a queen-size bed and another with a twin-over-double bunk plus a queen. This second bedroom also has a smart TV, with Roku, Disney+, and Netflix. The main level includes a full bath with a stackable washer/dryer.

Upstairs, the loft includes a dedicated workspace, and a foosball table. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath.

Mountain inspired art and local photography help to deliver an immersive New Hampshire ski home experience that will have guests at Summit Vista excitedly planning the next day’s adventures.

The Neighborhood
Summit Vista is a classic chalet style homes perched high atop Thorn Hill, in the charming village of Glen, New Hampshire. Our home has an incredible panoramic view of the Mount Washington Valley, with unobstructed views from Attitash & Iron Mountain, to New England's tallest peak, Mount Washington.

Ready to hit the trails? You’ll be be 5 miles from Attitash, 7 miles from Cranmore, 12 miles from Wildcat, and 26 miles from Bretton Woods. Hikers will enjoy access to the famous Presidential Range, pristine mountain rivers, and thousands of miles of trails. If you enjoy shopping and dining, you’ll love having North America’s celebrated ski town, North Conway, just 7 miles down the road. The idyllic resort town of Jackson is just 3 miles from the property. Young families will appreciate Summit Vista’s proximity to family-friendly attractions, such as Story Land, 1 mile south, Living Shores Aquarium, 1 mile south, North Conway Scenic Railway, 8 miles south, Santa’s Village, 42 miles north, and Whale's Tale Waterpark, 48 miles West.

You can also enjoy tax-free outlet shopping, horseback riding, rock climbing, biking, river fishing, swimming, golf, canoeing, and kayaking, plus sun-kissed scenic drives up the Mount Washington Auto Road, or along the famed Kancamagus Highway. Other nearby activities include moose tours, zip line tours, gondola rides, sightseeing, downhill skiing at one of the many nearby mountains, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snow tubing, ice skating, lake boating, sleigh rides, restaurants, and breweries.

For a fee, our guests can also access the indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool at the Christmas Farm Inn, 3.7 miles down the road in Jackson. Day passes are $20/person, or $50/family.

Guests will have access to the entire home, as well as the grounds, and private deck.
Other things to note
- There are several stairs from the parking lot to the condo. If stairs are going to be an issue for you or your party, you should probably look elsewhere.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- This rental is located on floor 2.
- Parking: Our dedicated parking space, marked 6B-2, is located at the top of the stairs that lead down to our building. There are visitor parking spots further down Summit Vista Rd, which are unmarked. Visitor parking is first come, first served.
- Due to the presence of bears, trash must be stored indoors, in the barrel located in the laundry closet.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
