Only the cardholder is the person authorize to give the keys at check in. Please provide the card you use for the payment and your ID.
Check in time: 4:00 pm and Check out 11:00 am. (Sonora time, Mexico)
If there is something wrong with the unit upon arrival, please notify our office (Casago) within the first 20 minutes. (This includes cleaning problems).
Please do not move or rearrange the furniture and avoid removing any items from the condo. Everything is inventoried and any damage, breakage or loss will be charged to you. Please report any noticeable damage immediately upon arrival.
Deductions will also be made for leaving lights and air conditioning on and/or for leaving doors and windows open or without insurance. Lost keys are charged at $35.00 USD.
A deep cleaning service will be provided (and charged to guests) after your departure. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify the office.
1. Please return all keys to the unit upon departure to avoid a key replacement fee.
2. Your departure is at 11:00 am. So please return the keys at that time, with your personal belongings outside the condo. At any time after that, we will charge your credit card for the additional time. Any departure after 4:00 pm will be charged for an extra night. It is very important that you notify the office of late checkout or additional nights, as we may have other reservations for the same condo and need to accommodate your needs at another property.
3. Abusive, aggressive or unruly behavior by any guest will not be tolerated.
4. Hotel guests are not allowed to have any visitors during their stay.
5. Please do not allow children to play in elevators. Any repairs that may occur as a result of abuse will be charged to the guest.
6. Grills are not permitted in units or on patios. There are 2 barbecue areas in front for your use.
7. ATVs, jet skis (jet skis), motorcycles etc. They must be parked in a designated area near the storage units.
8. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and will result in an additional cleaning charge.
9. In case of monthly rents, electricity will be paid by the guest, it is not included in the rent.
10. Fireworks/pyrotechnics are prohibited on the floors of Playa Blanca.
11. Throwing any object from a balcony will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
12. It is forbidden to hang clothes or towels on the glass railings on the balconies.
13. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed in the gym without adult supervision.
14. Pets are not allowed in common areas.
15. It is forbidden to remove furniture from the common area. Please do not move or rearrange the furniture inside the condominium.
16. Please turn off the air conditioning units when leaving. Failure to do so will result in charges to your account.
17. Please ensure patio doors are closed when air conditioning units are on. Reduced power consumption will help keep costs down.
18. Please respect your neighbors. No loud music or loud noise after 9:45 PM.
19. Please report any disturbance immediately to reception.
Pool and Garden Area Rules
1. Any user can be suspended from the use of swimming pools in case of infraction in the judgment of the guard.
2. Pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. In special cases, use may be temporarily suspended.
3. Take care of vocabulary and avoid shouting.
4. In high occupancy it can be temporarily suspended.
5. In high occupancy, the use of inflatables, balls and accessories can be suspended.
6. Do not enter with oils or creams, shower previously.
7. Coolers and containers only in the green area, NOT in the pool.
8. Take care of your values.
9. Take care the furniture and equipment.
10. Intoxicated people may be suspended from use.
11. Properly dispose of disposable material.
Jacuzzi regulation Playa Blanca
1. Is not recommended the use by children under 10 years old for health reasons.
2. A maximum of 8 users per unit is allowed.
3. Jacuzzi relaxes and can be dangerous
4. Children under 18 years of age are restricted to 15 minutes of continuous use
5. Request ignition of aerated fans 10 minutes before
6. Free access, sharing cannot be prevented
7. The jacuzzi hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Regulation of Playa Blanca Gardens
1. Exclusive use for residents and guests
2. Do not use the pool if you have a contagious disease or open wounds
3. Avoid running prevent accidents
4. Food and drink are prohibited inside the pool
5. Pets are not allowed in the pool
6. Alcoholic drinks are prohibited in the pool, only aqua bar and no glass
7. Wear appropriate clothing for the pool, even babies and the elderly
8. Use of toilets for everyone, mainly minors.
9. No smoking
10. Music at personal volume
11. Use dumpster
12. Children under 10 years of age require family supervision.
If after the 3rd request by either an employee of Playa Blanca or by a security guard of Playa Blanca; a hotel guest does not abide by these rules, the police will be called and the guest and their group will be required to vacate the facility immediately. Refunds will not be granted. The individual (s) will be prohibited from staying at the hotel in the future. There will be no exceptions to this policy!
PARKING - AVOID TO BE TAKEN BY THE CRANE
There is open parking in Playa Blanca for all guests. There is reserved roofed parking for certain units in front of the building where the unit number is clearly marked. If a guest is not staying at one of these properties then they are not allowed to park there. If this happens the vehicle is subject to being towed and the guest will be responsible for all expenses. We want to keep both owners and guests happy so we ask that you please respect this policy. Casago is not responsible for the vehicles or articles left in them.
I have read and understand these rules and regulations; I acknowledge that failure to follow these rules may result in the loss of the remainder of my time in the rental unit and the loss of my payment. Deliberate damage will be charged to my credit card or cash deposit posted to my Casago reservation within 10 days of my departure. I also take full responsibility for any damage that I or any of my guests may cause during my occupation. Note: if you need to use the sofa bed or inflatable bed, please request the extra bedding at the office.
