About this space Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy this nostalgic 1905 Farmhouse, that was the inspiration for the Charlie/Bella Swan House as discribed by Stephenie Meyers in the popular Twilight Saga of books. Honored by the town of Forks Washington as the "Swan House", is now available for overnight guests.
The house still holds its early 1900s details. Original windows, bead board throughout and not one but two bay windows. The unique details make this farmhouse a cozy retreat.

We enjoyed this house for our Twilight weekend. It was close to the HOH rainforest, as well as La Push. There are many people taking pictures throughout the day but we closed the curtains when we were home.

Didn’t pay enough attention to what I was renting.
We stayed here because of the number of beds and proximity to the park not because of its connection with Twilight. The home was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. We didn't get the code prior to arrival but luckily the ring doorbell connected me to one of the owners and I was able to access the home. Some expectation management: at least 2 of the beds are memory foam and on the softer side, the shower heads are low on the wall - we all had to duck to wash our hair especially my 6'2" sone, and the floors have been well used and showing quite a bit of wear. The house is older and has quite a bit of original character and some wear and tear throughout but it is all clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the little town has some good shops and a few decent restaurants. Overall, it was a good stay and close to Olympic.
The house was clean and had everything we needed. The twilight details were amazing! All the books and movies were there as well as a lot of twilight themed decor. The house being on the twilight tour was an added bonus!
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The town ended up having a complete blackout due to a storm so we had to contact host to request accommodations. We were very appreciative that they were able to bring us lanterns and a portable heater as it was very cold in Jan. There were only minor things we noticed when we arrived such as a dirty sock in upstairs bedroom, and house was freezing upon arrival. It would have been nice to show up with the home prepared for our arrival.
My sister-in-law and I stayed at the house for a week while visiting the Olympics for outdoor adventures and other fun. We were centrally located for our attendance at Forks events but also found the location ideal for our other activities -- rafting, hiking, and whale watching. The house was well-appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and lovely. My only warning to others is that if you choose to stay during the Forever Twilight in Forks festival, many visitors will stop out front to take photos of the front of the house since it is the designated SWAN HOUSE location in Forks. Since my sister-in-law and I were in Forks for FTF we didn't mind, but it might take someone else by surprise. Great hosts. Highly recommend!
