This newly remodeled home has been specifically made for you and your family to relax and enjoy your vacation. Relax on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful views of the red hills or the night stars of the night sky. If you are staying a night or a week or more, this is the place to be!

Centrally located to many natural wonders such as Zions National Park Kaibab National Forest(Grand Canyon), The Wave, Zion National Park, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Historic Arizona Strip. This new renovated home is ready for you and all your adventures!

Located down a no through street, with no thru traffic and in a new very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Parking for 2 vehicles on driveway and parking for a UTV trailer on the side of home or for any other toys you have, you wont have a tight space to turn around in.

This beautiful home has a front porch with chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful Kanab sunsets, fire pit with bench and a BBQ grill thats provided for your use.

Three unique bedrooms with queen beds in two of the rooms and the third room with a twin over full, with an air mattress provided for up to two more travelers.

A gorgeous kitchen is stocked with basic cooking and baking essentials for your use, it also has high speed fiber internet/wifi throughout the house that is provided for your internet needs.

Very sweet and beautiful house in quiet area

We enjoed our stay tremendously! The contact with Chelsea via text was always very prompt, very friendly and helpful. Our kids (teenagers) especially loved their own rooms! The beds are comfortable, the appartment itself is super clean and very nicely decorated. It had everything: microwave, oven, washing machine, drier... Coming from Germany with limited packing space we were also very happy that we had towels, bedsheets and even some basic cooking supplies like spices and coffee powder. We have never had such a nice holiday home with that many nice amenities before! We also loved to sit on the porch, go and pet the horses in the paddock in front of the property and enjoyed the quietness and lovely view - when at the same time all the interesting locations like Bryce or Zion National Parks are just a drive away. Thanks for a very lovely stay!

Fantastic rental!

This property was everything we could ask for. Everything was clean and we appreciated having so many essentials supplied. The grill was a huge perk. We enjoyed cooking out and relaxing in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to family and friends.

A Merry Merry Christmas

We spent our Christmas break here and had such a great time! There was so much to do. Zions and Bryce canyons were nice but our favorite spots were close to Kanab. The house was perfect for what we needed and even though it was December the weather was so nice. We roasted marshmallows one night and used the grill for our Christmas dinner. Internet was good and we could stream our shows. I brought many of our meals and was able to use the oven. Honestly it was great! The goat was quick to reply and willing to help if needed. We'd come again if the opportunity comes!

Super clean house in great location

Chelsea’s place was an extremely clean and nice house located 2 minutes from downtown Kanab but in a quiet and scenic location. We enjoyed our stay here as we explored the area, and would highly recommend this place!

The greatest cottage in town

Our host was great. The house was absolutely amazing. We sat on the front porch swing watching the sunset in the evenings. It is close enough to town but far enough away to be quiet. We will definitely stay there again if we return to this area.

We went to kanab for a football game and decided to make it a staycation. This home was way more then I expected, the location, the home, the manager all of it way beyond my expectations. I have a few friends that want to book the same place. 100% recommended and will book again in the future

Awesome Home!

Perfect location in the small town of Kanab! There is so much to do and see within 90 minutes! The house was perfect for my family! The kiddos enjoyed playing basketball in front of the house, playing games and watching inside, and watching the horses out the front windows. Would love to stay there again!

Great to explore southern Utah

Kanab is a great base to explore southern Utah and this was in a nice quaint neighborhood, between two residential houses, one of which I think the owner resides in. The accommodation is well stocked and with new appliances - definitely looks and feels newly renovated. Only potential consideration is there is just one bathroom - we were a family of four so it was adequate, but I could see a larger family having some issues waiting to shower.

Perfect stop for Out West trip

This 3-bedroom house was perfect for our family of seven! We stayed three nights and especially appreciated the laundry, basketball goal, firepit, tv (NCAA tournament time), and kitchen. The host responded quickly to a question about the tv service and the house was decorated so cute with easter decorations. We loved the info in the welcome folder about restaurants and hikes in the area.
