The original (1917) historic old Sudan hotel recently renovated into a huge 5000 sq/ft single-family home. Now available back to the public for enjoyment!
Large open spaces leave many speechless when they walk in the door. Extra large bedrooms all with King Sized beds. Also large living rooms kids would love to enjoy with friends or family. Uniquely situated in a West Texas small town downtown with no neighbors to bother. Only 45 minutes to Lubbock Texas where the Texas Tech Red Raiders reside. The large kitchen can cook for a small army with many stoves and large kitchen countertops. The big skies of West Texas are something everyone needs to experience. On the hot summer days, there is a pool to enjoy and a basketball hoop to shoot.
Casa Gránde Texas is the perfect place to enjoy large family gatherings, small wedding venue, hunters, birthday & anniversary parties, baby & wedding showers, quinceañeras, a quiet honeymoon and much much more!

Loved the old west hotel. Place was clean and had everything you could need. Hosts are very accommodating and easy to contact with any questions!
