It smelled musty and we were not able to open windows. Television difficult to get channels.Another chair in the living room would have been nice. We enjoyed being close , in walking distance, to My sister’s rental.
This home isexactly as advertised. Very clean and plenty of space for my party of four. We walked down to Bay Street a couple of times (1 mile each way) and took advantage of the bikes one morning. Communication with management was great. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
What a charming home for our vacation! The park was right there and it was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping! The home was super clean and had everything we needed!! We would definitely come back!!
Over all superb location and accommodations. Unfortunately we were only able to stay the first of our five nights due to Hurricane Debbie. Being unsure of the impact to Beaufort we thought it safer to return home.
This was an excellent VRBO. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The property is in a great location to Beaufort. I would highly recommend this home.
We had a great experience at this house and it was in a good centralized location within Beaufort. Beautiful remodeled and everthing in the house is up to date. Would happily stay here again and it was child friendly for our 2 your old
Oyster Catcher is a great stay in Pigeon Point, with close access to the historic homes district and Beaufort. The property was very nice, clean, updated and an overall great stay within bike riding distance of downtown Beaufort.
My husband, teenage daughter and I visited the island recently for a family event and we were thoroughly impressed with the Oyster Catcher cottage! Well equipped kitchen, bathrooms & laundry. Super comfortable beds. Peaceful community. Close to shopping, dining & water. We even enjoyed a bike ride to the bridge. Would book again & recommend!
This was a perfect house. Clean. Easy in and out. Everything you needed and so much more. This was a 3 generation trip. It was a little cool one night and there was a basket of throws we covered up and watch a TV with great selection.really enjoyed the extra room with a love sit if you needed some alone or some us wanted to play a game it was great
The beds were clean and comfortable. We even use the roll away it even had a great mattress. The neighborhood never heard anything. The park nice walk. Just a great location. I could not have wanted anything. The host was super nice and quick to respond. I can not wait to stay again.

Just ok…
Our family of three stayed in this home for a short two day stay in Beaufort. Although the house was clean and recently renovated, it lacked ambience and some basic things (like bedside tables on both sides of the bed, outlets/extension cords by the beds, basic kitchen items, extra towels and pillows, etc.) The beds were very uncomfortable and hard- similar to dorm room beds with plastic encasements on them. The location was kind of tucked away and not particularly close to the town center- not a long walk, but just felt rather remote. The backyard could also use a privacy fence (vs chain-link open to all of the neighbors). Overall, it was adequate, but disappointing, quite honestly…
