Welcome to Loft Daperis!
This unit has been there in the original foot-print of a 1970s Spanish-Colonial garden house. The first blue-print is still preserved in our home until this present day.
The property is located in a prestigious residential part of Polanco and certified by the Government of Mexico as a Catalogued Historic Residence.
Having the quirks in its own right as it retains quite some historic features such as: the wrought-iron door frames, Venetian bronze lock system and European spiral staircase.
The Loft nowadays is renovated into a fully-functional 2-floor structure, with a private patio for group dining, one primary bedroom and a versatile sofa-bed, capable of accommodating up to 4 guests.
It offers a tranquil energy in its dark olive tone of the textured walls, original hand-paint wallpaper in the living-room since the previous owner, the deep auburn woodworks connecting it to the surrounding garden and a tall climbing rose wall - a truly calm and poetic space for living & working.

Guest access
The guests of the Loft obtains full access to this unit as specified within this listing. The Loft has its own entrance/door with lock that guests shall obtain the keys upon check-in.

What makes this property unique
This house has witnessed lots of changes in the neighbourhood for nearly 5 decades. The previous renovation occurred in 2011 which simplified its Spanish-colonial exterior details, incorporating with the new Italian interior style through high-end materials. The garden has its own story, now shaping with a touch of English garden inspiration, but surely will continue to grow and change in the most vibrant way.
