Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the area's many amusements, you will be mere minutes away from the town of Carmel, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, The Links at Spanish Bay, Lovers Point Park, and of course, the beach.

Prepare to be captivated by the pristine beauty that surrounds our property, with a lush forest setting and several charming shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. It's an experience that's sure to leave you intrigued and wanting more.

When you aren't out exploring, head inside your sweet retreat - lovingly cared for and carefully curated. The comfortable living room boasts soft seating, a fireplace, and a large TV. When you aren't streaming your favorite shows, engage in some playful competition over one of the home's board games.

The well-equipped kitchen presents a pleasant spot to cook when you aren't dining out. When it's time to eat, gather together at the elegant formal dining table, or at the breakfast nook.

Your loved ones will be able to get cozy in the spacious bedrooms adorned with high-quality linens and simple fixtures. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home's interior perks.

NO Smoking permitted anywhere on property!
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
This home can only be booked for extended stays.
To aid in maintaining the home, we request that guests remove their shoes upon entering.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Each booking includes two cars' access through the Pebble Beach Gate. If you have additional cars, you will need to pay additional fees there.
Beach towels are not available for guests.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
