Great stay in Pacific Beach

We had a great time. The house was clean, well-located, and check-in/check-out was easy. The pictures were accurate and the host was easy to communicate with. We would stay again!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay in Pacific Beach. The house was well put together, clean, and the communication was great with the owner. You can’t beat this location and this property. We will be back. Cheers!

Great place but parking is a pain.

Property was clean and comfortable. Host responded quickly and was helpful. Location was great, walking distance to beach and great restaurants. My only complaint was that the park and pay lot was 50 and street parking was hard to find on weekends. If you don’t have a car, it’s perfect.

Great Quiet Spot Near EVERYTHING in Pacific Beach

Great, quiet spot in Pacific Beach. Within walking distance to all of the hot spots and the beach. Clean, spacious two bedroom with full-kitchen, W/D and fenced front patio for privacy. Elizabeth was a great host, very communicative and quickly sent a lost item when we returned to CO. Would definitely stay again!

Location! Location! Location

CUTEST cottage ever. Super clean and comfortable. Shannon is a great host and her communication was always immediate. The best part is the location!!! Sits on a quiet side street, and you literally walk 2 blocks to the beach and a happening day/nightlife.

AMAZING! Great location

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was AMAZING! The property is absolutely adorable and just a short walk to the beach and the bars! The hosts answered all of my questions promptly it was a great time! Would stay again :)

Wonderful location close to beach and restaurants. Clean spacious house with great private sunny outdoor space for gatherings, bbq, sunbathing or just watching the sunset. I would book it again!

Great place

This house was clean and well located, a few minutes walk from the beach. We really enjoyed the patio.The parking was hard to find in this area and we would like more equipment in the kitchen like a regular coffee machine instead of a Keurig.

Fabulous little place

A gorgeous property! located within a few walking blocks to the beach and food shops. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry. A little front area to sit in the sun. Easy arrival and departure. Would stay again.

Great place in Pacific Beach!

This property was perfect for the four of us. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The decor was stylish and we loved the outdoor area. We will definitely want to rebook here in the future.

Good clean property

We are a family of 6 and it fit us well. It was a good location. The kitchen could have used a few more essentials like mixing bowls and cookie sheets. The patio and grill were a major bonus for us.

Great spot!

Right in the heart of PB. Parking was not a problem and the evenings were quiet. The house is sparingly decorated. Only input would be more seating in the living room. Plenty of room there for an extra chair for movie night. We would happily return here regardless! Beds firm.

Great Location

This unit is close to everything A few things that we saw that could be improved 1) more comfortable mattress( it was pretty hard) 2) Shower water pressure was not good 3) Bad lighting in bathroom and no place to put products while getting ready 4) no baking pans or storage containers for leftovers 5) no condiments, so bring everything you need if you will be cooking

Disappointed

While the property was nice, the spotlight on the side of the house continued coming on throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, a neighbor was playing an electric guitar/bass until late at night, which made sleeping difficult.

Good, not great

It’s a good place, but could use a little refresh. The area rug was gross and had a small mountain of sand under it. The wood floors would be better off without the rug. Towels also worn out. Selection of cups/dishes is very minimal - only tiny water glasses. But that said, it’s otherwise clean and in a good location.

This is a great beach cottage!

Fabulous location. You can walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants. Easy to drive to the zoo, Sea World, Old Town. If there is any downside at all, it’s the parking. We always found a place on the block, but you have to pay attention to times. I would book again!
